DAY 24 - DAY 14 Since WD

Still nothing happened. According to previous practice, this is the time everything goes into lapse the most easily. I must keep myself busy to avoid such things happen. I will go out today. DAY 25 - DAY 15 Since WD

Last night was very dangerous for me. I woke up in the middle of my sleep. I tend to feel that I will go through a lucid deram but that kind of feeling disappeared after about 5 minutes. I was unable to fall asleep afterwards. I got up and wanted to watch some porns to stimulate myself to add some possibilities of WD. Watching porns for ONLY about 2 minutes, my mother got up too, so I have to stop watching and went to sleep again. Laying on my back, I still could not sleep at all. The willing to MB was stronger and stronger. Fortunately, I stopped timely and was in soundly sleep after about 15 minutes. Thinking about this, I still felt a little bit anxious and relaxed on overcoming the thought of MB. Hope WD come soon, I am so much eager to have a release through WD. Thanks for reading my posts.

DAY 26 - DAY 16 Since WD

Still woke up with a big erection in my underwear and still no WD. Patience is needed to gain my next WD. I must try to be normal and be in peace. I planned I would not change my current underwear until WD occured, however, this idea had to be canceled because WD refused to come these days.

Reading other people's log, one point they mentioned is "trying to cum during the day takes up a lot of time and mental energy", I can't agree with it more. During my AB, I need less sleep and feel more energetic and more vibrant. Hope I can go much further this run. Wish surprises happen tonight! Thanks for reading my posts.

DAY 27 - DAY 17 Since WD

One weakness of AB I find is that my sleeping quality is not that good. When I was used to MB, I always slept the whole night. However, I woke up more frequently during the night these days, hoping that a wide awaken WD chould happen. Unfortunately, nothing happened during the past few nights. When we care about something with too much attention, the results may not be that satisfactory sometimes. But I can't help thinking about it. I think I must keep myself busy to disperse my concentration. It is really hard to wait for another WD. Thanks for reading my posts.

DAY 28 - DAY 18 Since WD

I took hold of myself not to MB successfully although I watched some porns yesterday. After about half an hour, my balls ached for almost the whole afternoon & evening. I tend to believe I got some problems. I did some research on Internet and then I began to know it was called "blue balls" in this situation. I had a shower before bed and got relief of the pain. Although I have read about "blue balls" in other people's posts, I never know the TRUE meaning of this word. This experience impressed me a lot. Nothing more worth sharing. DAY 29 - DAY 19 Since WD

Although my sleeping quality was not that good, I wasn't sleepy in the daytime at all. I can feel the increase of testosterone and sexual energy caused by AB. Still nothing happened. I have experienced a WD ONLY after 6 days. I have tried to recall what I have done to gain that but I can't figure out the reason. Reading other people's log, I am impressed by a guy who gets WD only after 5 days. So envy of him!

BTW, to my surprise, there is chatting room here. I have just stepped into the chatting room but there are not so many people there. I will go there more often in the future. Hope WD can come tonight! Thanks for reading my posts.

DAY 30 - DAY 20 Since WD

5 days left to break my previous AB record but still nothing happened. I think there is no significant difference on my diet these days than 20 days ago during which time I have experienced 1 WD every 10 days. I really do not know what the problem is. On the other hand, I think I must try to be in peace because being irritable will lead to failure in the end and I have gone through this before. However, when will be my next WD?

DAY 31 - DAY 21 Since WD

Still nothing happened. Feeling that WD might occur surprisingly, I went to sleep with expectation. When I woke up in the midnight, everything remained unchanged. Only when I continue with the counting of my AB days can I feel some happiness. Really can't understand what is the motivation of those supermen who can keep up their AB record as long as a whole year. Hoping WD can come tonight. Thanks for reading my posts.

DAY 32 - DAY 22 Since WD

Reading other people's log really makes me disappointed, especially those who achieved their WD only after 3 days. Generally speaking, 22 days is not short, on the contrary, may be long enough to produce enough sperm. What is more, I have been ABing for 32 days. Being not able to explain, I have to keep up my AB because there are only 3 days left to equal my previous record. I must be strong. Nothing more worth sharing. Thanks for reading my posts.

DAY 3

Has been away for a while. Actually I have given in for masturbation for a few times because WD refused to come after long time of waiting (33 days) and I have lost my patience. I tended to use WDF as a counter these days. I think my body has forgotten the feeling of WD. I will try my best to retrieve my WD cycle although the process maybe long and boring. I will update if something interesting happened. The most difficult time for me now is when I woke up in the middle of the night with raging boner. The two times I MBed are all out of this. DAY 16

I have been busy these days and nothing interesting happened so I did not update my journal. However, I did check WDF more than one times to read other people's posts and update my counter as well. It seems lots of people made the journey of more than 90 days. It really inspires me to go on with my AB track. I think the relatively difficult time for me will be the first few days from MB. In the 10+ days, AB seems usual for me but still horny sometimes. After 16 days of building up, it is quite a pity to surrender, so I think I will try my best to keep up. I do not know when will be my next WD, maybe 2 months because some people did experience this. After a few times of failure, I think I can have the solution to avoid that. Patience is virtue. DAY 19

Compared with some guys, 19 days may not be long enough. However, I still would not like to admit that I am old and it will take some more time for my body to recover from last MB. I will try my best to continue with my AB journey to see and verify how long on earth it will take to experience another WD. I know I am somewhat anxious and it is not good but I really really want to retrieve the feeling of WD, just like about 2 months ago, duiring which time, I used to experience WD every 10 days. DAY 24

Still no WD. Reading other people's log makes me full of envy, especially those lucky guys who get their WD so frequently. I am really horny every morning after I woke up. Each time the willing to masturbate occurs into my mind, it always takes me a few minutes to get rid of it. I must convince myself from time to time that 20+ days of AB is not easy to achieve, it must be a huge pity to break the outcome. WD finally came. I woke up in the middle of my ejaculation. I did not remember anything as usual. Before bed, I watched some porns and had a little bit pre-cum and I prevented myself from masturbating successfully. DAY 31 - DAY 5 Since WD

A whole month milestone. Only 4 days left to equal my AB records (35 days). Hope I can break my AB records this time.

On Saturday & Sunday morning, I am always struggling with the tendency to MB. I am really really horny. Last night before bed, I watched pron for about 20 minutes to check my pre-cum volume. However, there was only a little pre-cum on my balanus. I found watching porn but not to masturbate is really difficult. Touching my penis and telling myself again and again that 30+ days of building is not easy, I persuaded myself from masturbation successfully last night.

I also watched porn without masturbation before bed on the night of my last WD. I had thought that watching porn without MB before bed may add the possibility of WD. However, from my yesterday's practice, there may not be such necessary relationship between them.

DAY 35 - DAY 9 Since WD

AB for 5 weeks now and that equals my previous AB records. I think after a few times' crap, I have accumulated some experience to overcome the urge of MB. Now I can take hold of myself not to ejaculate nor to edge when I watched porns although I can't promise I will always manage to do it in the future. I tend to think self-discipline is established to some extent through this period of AB. Threat and danger still exist though. My short-term goal is to regain my WD cycle (say WD every 10~15 days) if possible. I know it is very difficult and unpredictable, however, I am willing to have a try. Wish me luck! Thanks for your comment! In the first 10 days since I stopped MB, I have found myself become more energetic and more concentrate. After about 20 days, I think I have been adapted with my AB track and that kind of feeling still exist till now.

Break my previous AB records (35 days). From now on, each AB day will be a new record. Wish I can achieve two-month mark. These days I watched porns almost everyday.
