Yes, it is so strange that WD happened so frequently these days. I have done some research on it. I still do exercise (like jogging) regularly. After exercise, there will be an increase of blood moving through the testis and prostate, which leads to the increase of sperm and prostatic fluid production. So exercise will increase the possibility of WD. This explanation seems reasonable.

DAY 85

Today I read a post which was related with prostate massage orgasm. I have not experienced prostate orgasm yet and wanted to have a try. I massaged the area below my abdomen to feel my prostate but couldn't actually confirm whether or not it was the right place. I was not feeling that good after about one minute's massage. However, it was true that the prostate massage itself could make my penis erected in a very short time. Worried that would break my AB, I stopped and went out. DAY 89 - 7 DAYs since last WD

Nothing special to report except that I almost had a WD a few days ago when I suddenly woke up and sensed my body was building the process of spontaneous ejaculation. I touched down there quickly to feel and check the pulsation of my penis. However, nothing unusual happened a few minutes later and the erection of my penis subsided so I went to sleep again. Although disappointed, I still rejoiced that WD happened not that frequently because I was worried frequent WD may influence the body health. DAY 90 - 8 DAYs since last WD

Today was my 90-DAYs MB free day. Although nothing special happened today, I think I should post here and mark this important milestone. Actually I didn't set a specific goal and I just wanted to maximize my AB days at first. Then I tried to conclude my WD cycle so I must continue with my AB journey to wait for more WDs to draw the conclusion. In addition, AB saved more of my energy for exercise and regular exercise pushed me to AB for my energy-saving purpose. I think these factors encourage me to AB until now. On top of that, I must take this opportunity to thank WDF which keeps me strong and motivates me reach the longest AB ever since I learned to masturbate at 19 years old. DAY 95 - 13 DAYs since last WD

Nothing special happened. Although I didn't have to worried about my unusual frequency of WD, I still hoped to experience more normal WDs after about 2 weeks of waiting. Besides exercise, I cut down my food intake a little in order to keep fit. I think it will have some effect on my semen production and my WD. However, patience is more important. DAY 97 - 15 DAYs since last WD

3 DAYs to go to hit my 100 DAYs' milestone. I have watched many porns these days and got blue balls often. I pre-cummed a little when I was watching porn this morning. I found that my balls were bigger and more fluffy than before so I guessed WD would be not far. I met some unhappy affairs today. Although I thought I had solved most of the problems, I found some details were ignored and it would take me some more efforts to solve. Hopefully everything will turn out smooth. DAY 101 - 19 DAYs since last WD

Nothing special to report. It has been 19 DAYs since last WD. Perhaps it is the longest time I have to wait since I started this AB run 101 DAYs ago. I don't know how long I still have to wait but I know it finally will arrive. As I said in my previous post, the reason why WD refused to come after 19 DAYs is that my nutrition intake is less than before in order to keep fit. However, I think the current amount of my food intake is just enough for my daily activities. I will keep on doing this.

DAY 102 - 20 DAYs since last WD

Still no WD. I have noticed that my balls are lower and bigger, however, it is just my guess. I slept earlier and well these days. Compared with WD night, ordinary night is relatively good because sleep needn't to be interrupted. If WD happens, I will get up to take some pictures and it will take me some time for me to fall asleep. After about 3 weeks' waiting, I still think my next WD is not far. Patience is virtue. I will keep up. Just let it be~~

DAY 113 - Wet Dream at about 2:15am on 27th August 2013 - 31 DAYs since last WD

Really a long time since last WD. It was the 11th WD within this AB run. I went to bed at about 23:40 and woke up at about 1:45am for the first time finding nothing unusual. I felt a little bit horny so I slept on my stomach for a few minutes to add some stimulation to my dick. I fell asleep after that and made a dream. I dreamed I MBed with my dick rubbing against my underwear and ejaculated. I was in deep regret and suddenly I woke up at about 2:18am for the 2nd time finding that I actually had a WD. The dream seemed so real that I nearly thought that I had MBed. After checking my sleeping position when I woke up, I confirmed that sleeping on my back with my hands off my dick would never make masturbation happen. Moreover, I didn't realize the whole thing when I woke up at about 2:18am until I touched my underwear a few seconds later. The load was low to moderate. I ate a lot of bean products and fried food this period. Bean products contain Isoflavones while fried food contains Acrylamide. Isoflavones and Acrylamide will do harm to semen and can reduce the number of semen. I must lower the intake of bean products and fried food in the future. Hope my next WD will not be far away. DAY 115 - Wet Dream at about 1:40am on 29th August 2013 - 2 DAYs since last WD

It was the 12th WD within this AB run. I went to bed at about 0:05am and woke up at about 1:43am finding that I had a WD. I didn't remember anything about the dream nor did I have the sense of pulsation. The load was moderate to high this time and some of the semen fluid flowed out onto my quilt. You can refer to the attached pics for detail as usual. After I got up checking my dick, I found there was still some semen fluid remaining on my glans. My WD frequency is so irregular that it is difficult for me to draw a conclusion about my WD cycle. Just let it be. I will try to stay healthy and keep strong. Hope I can experience my next WD soon! The brand of these underwears is "iliker", a local brand which is not as famous as Calvin Klein. It is made of 94% Modal and 6% Spandex. It wears comfortable.

DAY 120 (3th September 2013) - 5 DAYs since last WD

Nothing special happened actually. Just use this post to mark my 4-month milestone. Looking back on my AB days, I think I have already achieved something this summer although I don't know how far I can go further. I think my current life mode is relatively simple although there still will be all kinds of pressure from everywhere. However, in my mind, WD will come eventually as long as I stick with my AB and I will remind myself from time to time, especially when I wanted to masturbate eagerly. Through AB, I think I have made some progress on how to control my sexual desire, even myself on some aspects. In a word, AB has changed me a lot on so many things and I like these changes. DAY 127 - Wet Dream @ about 4:35am on 10th September 2013 - 12 DAYs since last WD

Had a wet dream this morning. It was the 13th WD within this AB run. I went to sleep at about 23:40 at night and woke up at about 4:40am finding that I had a wet dream. I was sure that I dreamed something but I didn't remember any of my dreams. I struggled to get up to take some pics because I was so sleepy then. My semen spot on the underwear smelled as fishy as before. The load was low to moderate. My ejaculation load during my recent WDs was relatively low compared with my previous ones.
