I joined this site recently because the topic of WDs has always fascinated me. Last night I had my first WD since I was 12 years old. I'm now on a quest to make it happen again! Welcome to the site! In your first post you mentioned you had your first WD since your childhood. Had you been abstaining for awhile before that or did it just happen randomly?

That's what's been happening to me! I still haven't MB'd. It's been about a week now. I'm really starting to get horny all the time and I want to give up! But I won't. I have good willpower!

Also, when I had the first wet dream that made me want to start this in the first place I hadn't MBd in about 3 days. So I wasn't really abstaining, it just kind of hit me randomly. I feel it was a sign!!!

Still no progress but I woke up this morning precumming. Hopefully a WD with hit soon!

And I failed today. I woke up and felt so horny that I couldn't resist and had to MB! I shot a massive load, but I wish I hadn't because now it's back to square one. This is going to be a lot more difficult than I thought it would be.

Routines are hard to break. I woke up this morning and had to remind myself to not start fondling myself. This is only day 3 so real high frustration hasn't set in yet. I wonder what it will be like in a week?!

I'm beginning to fear that I won't even make it to a week. It's been two days since I last MBd and already I feel like I'm about to give up and do it again. I think if I last seven days my balls will feel like they're going to explode.

I took photos of my first WD I had (the one that started this all, and triggered my quest to begin AB). I sleep naked, so I have requested entry into the Active Members Only forum in order to share them with you all. AGT says that I should be allowed in a couple weeks time. Then I'll be able to offer more details of my experience with all of you.

I've been experimenting with new ways to take my mind off of MB. I've started lifting weights, thanks to the suggestion of another member here. I found that it's helped immensely in taking my mind off of MB, and the workouts make me so tired that I'd rather sleep than MB.

Hey one thing I find that is really helping me not to MB is that I try to put myself in public places as much as possible. Rather than studying at home I go to local coffee shop that way I know I wont MB there. Also making a list of errands you wanna do helps take your mind off MB. I'm actually refraining from highly physical activities as I feel it releases to much testosterone which just increases my urge to MB. You will find what works for you, it just may take sometime to figuring out what things will trigger your urge to MB. It took me several failed attempts in order to get as far as I am now. I guess when you say you had a naked wet dream photo you dont mean just the wet spot on the sheets. At first I did not know why you had to wait two weeks. Good luck.

I've been in the hospital for a while but now I'm back on the forum! Yes Jamie, the photos show a lot more than just the sheets so I can't share them until I'm granted access into the forum.

I have been AB for about a month now, so I've been fairly successful to date!! I was in the hospital getting a surgery, so that certainly helped with AB. I have yet to have a WD but I feel like I am getting close. When I woke up yesterday my penis was soaked with precum and I was very erect. It took a lot of strength to not reach out and grab it but I resisted. If this keeps up hopefully I'll be seeing results in the next few days!!!!! I'll keep you all posted!

Hi JBarish, how are you? Recovering from surgery? Was it serious? Hope not and that you're OK in no time. But that time in hospital must have been good to AB with no doubt.
