Some 3 weeks ago I`ve really found God,personally,as i`ve known and believed in him since i was raised in a Christian Family.I abstained from MB for 27 days know,thank God,but relapsed about 3-4 times to watching porn and haven`t had a WD since starting AB and I blame it on that.I also want to stop watching so i can rewire my brain ( yourbrainonporn.com) so I can have healthier,happier,more fulfilling social interactions,clean my mind really. I already feel more alive and more social from AB ing so giving up porn can only amplify that feeling.I want to stop this habit forever ,and I think this forum and the community will be of great help as I have observed that you are really supportive,big cheers for that.
I have had 2 wet dreams last year when also I have abstained from PMO for 2 weeks and it came as a surprise,I woke up from a censored,non erotic WD orgasming,it was totally different from MB ejaculation.Exactly that censorship annoyed me that I could be turned on by a tunnel or something so I started PMOing again.This time I dont care.I just want to stop this stupid habit.Thanks for your support in advance.Peace!

I'm happy to hear your big jump in faith, and how you want to kick old habits. I'm in a similar position (although I'd say my faith is weak, I find prayer is the best way to keep myself away from MB and Porn when the temptation is strong).

Good luck! Keep up the your AB! The WD's you have are perhaps God's way of giving us a break, and try to learn to enjoy and embrace the full and horny feelings, and enjoy the extra energy from not Ejaculating.

As I have read on yourbrainonporn.com Porn addiction is related to Internet addiction so In my quest to completely give up on porn I will also have a no internet,therefore a no PC challenge for a week from now...I hope my brain will rewire itself to seek normal happiness such as healthy human relationships,sports,helping others,learning something new,doing something etc. So i won`t be touching my PC mouse for a full week(except if its compulsory--homeworks or something--.If withdrawal symptoms occur then I will try to extend this no PC no internet longer because it means I`m really addicted.I`ll sign off from Facebook,not check updates or friend requests,e-mails,news etc.28 days of AB from MB 1 day from PORN although yesterday I only watched for some 3 minutes I still consider it watching right? So,I`ll see you in 7 days,next Thursday at this hour I will post again and share you my experiences.Maybe a WD would have happened by then....Peace and have a productive week! Yes it tough being a Christian guy and dealing with the subject of MB. Im a Christian as well and yes like other Christian guys on this site I have and contiune to struggle with MB and the feelings and thoughts that go with it.

MEN of abstaining!, I want to thank you all for your support.For now,I seem to have trouble being without a PC,even if I didn`t watch porn since tuesday and Haven`t MB in some 30 days--oh yeah!Praised be the Lord -- I need,or I think I need the PC for now.I need the support of this community and want to thank you all for your support,I need youtube for music,and the internet for TV shows(pirated i know),Facebook to check-up on friends,I am becoming more socially active and even popular after AB ing, I read on YBOP that other people who abstained from PMO are becoming more succesfull,more social,more focused--I am feeling that too,thank GOD!--.But I think I will be taking things one at a time for now.Abstaining from PMO, I asked my mom to put a password on the PC until I am alone at home,when my brother comes back from school she tells it to us,but while I`m alone it`s best to not be able to access the Internet,as I`m more susceptible to PMO. I clearly am addicted to the PC in other areas,so I will have to try not touching it for a week but I had to share this with you how else do I get the strength? Thanks for your prayers. I find prayer helps south for me too! If nothing else, I cannot MB with God on my mind. Against all odds, I have a beautiful fiancé (who re-introduced me to Christianity I will add), I feel that I am also getting more social, enjoying more energy, enjoying the relationship with my fiancé more. AB is difficult, but worthwhile

How`s it going for you? I`m at day 41 now and I want to MB but I also don`t want to because I would hate myself if I do.Addiction is the most powerful force on the planet really.Because we are creatures of habit.If we spent all of our lives waking up at 7 we will wake up at 7 or if we watched porn for 6 years we will naturally go on with that habit if we don`t fight it.No WD for 41 days,no porn for 14 days.Blessings

I must say they are eager to come out. As a believer in Christ, I too, am controlling my urges. But your desire to MB comes not from itself, but from your addiction to porn. Make a decision to stop all porn whatsoever, including other sensual images, and you will want to MB less and less, until you come to think it's a childish way to satisfy yourself.

I know what you talkin` `bout.Yesterday because of the T-buzz I was so energized but also had the urge to look at pretty girl`s pictures on Facebook,not even close to porn but still, turn-ons.I also checked some girls out while shopping at the mall,small talked one or two but not thinking about doing anything with them,just because I started to rewire my brain and becoming my normal self,extrovert,funny,sociable.My momma always told me that I was this energetic,out-going toddler,for example whenever a stranger would walk up or talk to me I wouldn`t cry,I would even smile,in comparison to other kids that would be afraid or cry.Thank God!

If you are unhappy and depressed with what you're doing, you probably should be doing something else. It seems like more things than just the MB/AB stuff is causing problems.

WD on day 54 but What the fuuuck? It involved me watching some porn or something in my dream it started out with lesbians and then kinda ended with gay or something(it was really fuzzy so i`m not sure).Never watched gay porn or anything and I`m totally straight.Also didn`t feel any orgasm just ejaculation because I was so disgusted because of the dream.Day 56 now,and right now I feel angry as shit! ,have felt anxious the past 2 hours...what is going on I am feeling emotionally unstable and stuff..some advice from personal experience would be really appreciated I feel like I have a stupid brain or focus or something .Thx in advance for the advice and thx for the support until now.You are great guys

Hey, believer! Congrats on getting a WD, but yeah, that sucks when they are weird like that or you ejac but don't actually get an orgasm. Better luck next time! Your brain and body are still trying to figure this whole WD thing out. Guys who get them more often tend to get more regular ones, so be patient with yourself. And don't be too freaked out by your dream's content; wet dreams are usually almost always a little odd, and it's not uncommon for a straight guy to have gay content in a sexual dream sometimes. Just think abt all of the other weird things you have dreamt abt before and whether the correlate with your real life or not! Ha

Don't know why u are feeling so irritable. Maybe bec you had a sexual relaease but it wasn't complete. I can't speak feom experience, but I imagine that u will feel back to normal in a day or two. Maybe get some exercise if u haven't in a while?

For what it's worth, I'm gay but have hardly ever had dreams about sex at all. But when I do, they are about as likely to have a woman in them as a man.

Squeeze man you were pretty right about the exercise thing.Went out with my mates played some football(soccer) in the rain,came back,felt much more relaxed.This week has been very stressful since i have started learning for my driving license.I am also learning how to drive trucks.If I fail one of these exams I would have wasted some 400 dollars and in my country that`s very much...So I am under a lot of stress.Since I workout 3 times a week + a game of football and this week I didn`t have time for it I figure that`s one of the reasons for my angry behaviour...thx for listening

That's not abnormal that you dreamed about gay sex. I'm gay but I dream about straight sex or porn quite often. It makes no sense to me why it happens, but don't think you're the only one!

I totally forgot to post and tell you about my 2nd WET DREAM!
