YBOP has some pretty obvious and scientifically proven explanations as to why..However,what I and so many other aware individuals have observed is that when you stop porn and mb together , but especially porn, you want to get out there and take life by it`s throat and shake it and see what comes out of it. You see opportunities and not only do you see them, you act on them..You are the MAAN! you reset back to your true self. I want to reboot. I told you guys that I will stop watching porn but won`t be so strict about Mb. The first time after the 60+ days of no MB but porn from time to time, porn was the one thing that brought me back to Mb, this time it was Mb and the free use of my pc that had brough me back to porn. I want to reboot, stop watching porn and Mb so often so as of the 1st of February the challenge is on . No Pc February and more importantly, no Facebook as the pretty girls there set me on fire and make me want to see more..And I go to nsfw sites and start "brainwashing" as I like to call it. So, No porn,no mb,no pc for february. Of course a big thing that will aid me is my mom whom I told about this, God, prayer, and of coooooursssse, The GYM...Hells yeahh man, the gym, If I want a pretty girl, you know what? I`ll go talk to one, hug her, even kiss her. Gosh I haven`t kissed a girl in like 5 years..A real kiss not pecks on cheeks.. You with me? You with me. Let`s be MEN, men, I`ll check with you until february to see what your thoughts on this are.. Thanks and Cheers and you are all just great !

Just wanted to say Hello to you all and motivate you! I haven`t visited this site in more than two months. As of right now I am absolutely porn and masturbation free. Yesterday, the 9th of April marked 4 weeks of no PMO and I am feeling better and better. How it went: felt nothing for the first two weeks, no urges, no energy, no happiness, no sadness, just felt plain, no dopamine no nothing, nada, zero. After two weeks had passed I had a WD . In the dream I was browsing the GQ magazine as I came upon some lesbian photos, I wasn`t aware that I was dreaming so I knew it was bad, for my no porn goal, to look at naked photos. I just closed the GQ but then I felt like cumming and quicly tried to go to the bathroom, as my brother was next to me in my dream, and squeezed my perineum muscles to hold it in but i came, actually, half ejaculated while waking up. It was a good release mentally. Only a mild "chaser" the next day but nothing big the whole week as I kept pretty busy and didn`t have time to do anything stupid...Also, i did setup a K9 web filter with low filtering capabilities but it still won`t let me access a whole lot of porn and non porn sites. I don`t even have access to google image search, so this was of big help. I gave the password to a friend so I couldn`t deactivate it. I started feeling happy in the 4th week, chatting to pretty girls, all hyper and shit, but also horny and got the urges, resisted though. I still have a long way to go to "normal land" . So, my friends, you can do it. Set up a filter and stay away as much as you can from being idle. Go chat up pretty girls and you will not feel the need for 2dimensional images to get you on. Also, and this is the most important, I wouldn`t have been able to do this without the help of God and prayers . Man, I think I haven`t visited this site in almost a year now...but feeling some big urges to browse NSFW or home sites I thought I would give this a revisit so I don`t screw up...So, to review my past year, I gave up on porn and masturbation since october after relapsing some times from march until then and bingeing a few times. I am on day 131 of noporn and no masturbation with only 3 or 4 wet dreams in this period. I got myself a job and stopped masturbating to porn since then. I think I spend my whole energy working as I do not have the same drive to go talk to girls or even work out as in February when I posted my last report. I think I am safe to say I rebooted my brain but it is still reactive to sexy images and I sometimes struggle to not relapse, like now for example. And even if I do, I hope I mb without the porn. How are you, my friends?

after reading your posts, I have to say I admire your courage to stay true on your path. I am also a believer in God. it is very hard to stay clean and porn free. I struggle with the same thing as well. I am curious, what kind of blocker do you use for your computer? Can you suggest one?

Like I said above, you have my admiration and Stay strong and pure.
