Well, folks. It looks like I've beaten my most recent record by now. I'm on day 9. I had some temptations today but I've managed to overcome them. I actually got angry with myself merely for having some flashbacks. As said earlier, I'm looking for a girlfriend and guess what, I'm going to meet an interesting girl next week! Other than that, I keep busy, have set some new goals, am improving on my physical health. I abstained from alcohol for almost a week and haven't touched a drop since last weekend, so while I haven't completely abstained, I've still cut back on alcohol and it seems to be working. My faith is also helping me a lot and the mere fact that I'm in touch with a gorgeous girl helps me keep my thoughts pure and focused. So, I hope I'll survive the next few days and manage to keep away from porn during the weekend. The fight goes on.

As usual, I've reached a milestone and next thing I know I've failed. I'd rather not over-analyze what happened. Suffice it to say that I had some flashbacks combined with having been ill for most of the week and being rather weak as a result. At any rate, I'm going to start a new attempt right away and try to reach at least another 9 to 10 days, though I hope to finally reach 14 days.

Just failed. Again while sitting in the couch having a drink and browsing the web. Lethal combination, apparently. An innocent image triggered a desire to PM. I did manage to reach 6 days. That means I'm doing much better than I did earlier, but I didn't reach 9 days this time, which I know I could have. Time to get more active again. New AB attempt as of now and no more alcohol or browsing the net while not behind my desk for at least one week. I have to reach two weeks without PM.
