It seems every now and again I try to go for a WD and I come back on here to share with you guys, and get a little support and advice....so here I go again some 6 months since my last attempt. I'm already on day 10, and feeling very horny! Nearly blew it all a couple of days ago.

Yeah, it's the support I benefit the most from. Other people on the me boat, happy to share their experiences which encourages me in my journey!
Normally what happens is, I try to abstain, then I blow it, then I enjoy masturbating too much and don't think I have the discipline to abstain for a while again.
I guess the only plans I have to help me stay active in the forum is to try and find some people here who will work through this with me.

Day 13! The longest I've AB I by ears is 20 days, I haven't broken that run in a long long time. The longest I've ever gone is 31 days, so I'd love to be able to last that length of time. Dy 13 is going well so far!

So pleased I have gotten this far, only horny now when I'm on my own..which I am right now. So it's going to be very difficult. I'm really aiming to break my longest run of AB ever of 31 days. Around half way now!
