Man, happy to hear that you are really fighting and trying to AB. I have a word of advice from my personal experience...Just don`t focus on this MB or AB or porn at all.Try doing other, more important things in your life. Try self improvement or a new sport, hobby, try cycling or going up mountains with friends and girls, and you will find it easier to abstain because you will have so much more things to do and less time inside the house all alone with an internet connection and/ or with your urges. Just something that helped me and I hope will help you as well...Also, no prostate massage, cut that shit out man ) Cheers

I'm feeling so much better just after sleeping (no WD), and today I'll cycle to work, about 55km round trip. I'll try to avoid the massage and keep my mind on other things it's only day 9... So I need to keep going! With the goal at 40 days.

I am a catholic, too. Let me share one of the experiences I had when I was still a young high school student.
