I'm still doing good except for looking at some porn. I know I need to stop looking at it. It will be hard to do, but I think I my need to delete my approximately 250 gigs of porn on my computer. At minimum I need to put the porn on a different hard drive.

I was thinking about trying the supplement maca. I recall someone writing about it their journal, but I think he stop taking it. From what it sounds like it increases the production of sperm and all the other fluids. I know my tanks were on empty when i started abing. I bought a note pad to put beside my bed for recording my dreams when I wake up in the middle of the night and morning. I was sweating a lot today for no reason and I was wondering if that was common and if happens to others when they start abing.

Damn, it's been 6 days! I'm doing quite well. I'm proud of myself There have been a couple of evenings where I have edged a little . Last night I made a point of telling myself to try and remember my dreams before I went to bed. I remember waking a couple of times throughout the night and realising that I did in fact recall some of them. I didn't write about the dreams i had in the middle of night, but i did write down what I recalled right after I woke up in the morning. From what I recall, I was in a home improvement store. I think I was in Lowe's and I was getting things for a DYI project. I don't remember much else. Today I went to the Vitamin Store and bought a bottle of maca(GNC was all out,LOL). This evening it was so beautiful outside that I decided to take a nice long walk along the Lake Michigan shore line. I took a few pictures while I was out that I think I may post in a new thread about where we all live. I'm grateful to be back in my hometown Chicago after being gone for many years. My goals for the next few days is to try not to edge.

Now that I've been thinking about it I'm wondering was I really awake in the middle of the night when I remember thinking to myself i remembered having a dream, but didn't remember it. I wonder if anyone can can understand what I'm even saying. I guess what I'm wondering to myself is was I having somewhat of a lucid dream in the middle of the night? One thing I do know is before last night I would say I almost never remember any of my dreams. It was very effective for me making a conscious effort and telling myself to remember my dreams before going to sleep.
And although I don't remember a lot of my last dream before waking, I do remember some of it. Very cool stuff. I'm curious how dream remembering will go tonight will go tonight. I'm going to bed!

if you think you have woken up in the middle of the night look at an analogue clock, look away, does it tell the same time if so you are really awake. the same applies to digital clocks but instead the numbers can look messed up. unless you do already, keep a pen and note pad next to your bed to write down any dreams you remember as soon as you wake up, the longer you leave it the smaller things of the dream will disappear from memory. i have done loads of reading on lucid dreaming and all the books say this. lucid dreaming is another thing i look forward to

Me too stevie. I'm glad so many people are on board with the dream aspect this time around. When I ABed last year not many people seemed to care about recall or lucid dreams.

Good idea stevieg. This morning I was more interested with the good feeling my bone was giving me when I woke up then writing anything down. I do recall thinking to myself that I did dream, but I didn't remember it. It's amazing how fast dreams fade from my mind. The boys are touchy tonight and I feel a little tender in the lower abdomen. I did OK today. Tomorrow morning I will try harder to write things down as soon as I wake up.

Day 7 of abing..... Dreamed that I was in the grocery store and I was talking to someone about cheesecake and the cheesecake factory. Maybe as time goes by I will remember more of dreams. Met my oldest brother for lunch. We went to Central Gyro's a Greek restaurant in my old neighbourhood. I had the same thing that I must have had a hundred times before, a gyro plate. It was great to see my bro. I forgot my money, so he paided.. So, it's Friday night and I think I will make myself a drink. All I have is 7up, so 7up and Jack on the rocks is what it will be and that sounds pretty damn good me. to you all

I messed up today. I'm pretty disappointed with myself. It didn't even feel all that great. I feelt guity doing it and I feel like I let myself down. I think part of my problem is I have a lot of free time on my "hands" since I moved back home and don't really know anyone. I did buy a YMCA membership a while back and I haven't even used it. I was thinking about maybe going to the Y for a hour or so and hitting the treadmill or stationary bike. I need to start out slow for a while when I do start exercising.

I'm happy with myself. I went to the YMCA today and spent about a hour on the tread mill and some other machine. Last December I was working on the family house in Indiana to get it ready to be put up for-sale and I fell off a ladder and broke my leg and elbow.. Anyway, going to the Y and working on that leg is something i have been needing to do... Last year I was in the hospital two weeks including Christmas. I'm sure this Christmas will be much better this year.
