I just started taking maca root. Too soon to tell if it will do anything for me yet but I will keep you updated.

I also just started a new 6 hour sleeping schedule so it will probably kill dream recall for awhile until I get used to it.

Not much new to report. Been having this wierd kind of full feeling in my lower stomach and balls. It doesn't feel like blue balls idk what it is Precum died down a little. Work stress is heating but depression levels went down.

A little bit of both. I wake up feeling like crap though and it ruins my dream recall. Sometimes I stay tired all day after waking up. I don't take them hardly anymore.



I did have a dream after that nap. It was a wierd dream about a janitor at work spying on me opening a locker so he could break in to it later. I found out later he had broke in to it and jacked off on my stuff lol

Just my opinion but I think it would tamper with WDs. Maybe its just me but I usually lose drive and desire after taking them. It also messes with my dream cycles idk if that matters or not. Maybe you can get non-drowsy?

I had a dream I was a cockroach lol. I got very horny as I was falling asleep and came close to breaking my hands off policy but overall I don't feel any different. Still taking maca root.

It was actually a nightmare I didn't post it bc it wasn't sexual but I'll post it anyways as it was in my dream journal:

I was living in a house I didn't recognize with my younger brother. I had cockroachs really bad. I was in the bathroom when I somehow either turned into a cockroach on purpose or shrunk down so I could get into the sink and find out where they were coming in at to get rid of them for good. I was inside the sink exploreing and I saw a huge kind of slide that led to a kind of drain. I saw two roaches (my size) run out of a opening, one ran by me the other ran away. I knew this was where they were getting in. I walked by the opening but was too scared to look in. I found what I came for so it was time to get out. I lost sense of direction and got trapped. I panicked. I tried to communicate with my brother and let him know I was stuck but I thought what if he breaks the sink to free me and sees me as a roach and kills me? The panic woke me up.

lol It was actually getting stuck that scared me more than the roaches for some reason. I hate them too though. I havn't seen one in a long time not even in a picture but they were so detailed in my dream it was shocking! I looked at a picture of one after I woke up...it was amazing how much detail my subconsious had. Dreams are so random and mindblowing sometimes.

You're right, subconscious is a mystery. How the hell it can remember every detail of a cockroach without seeing for a long time? And why it made you a cockroach in your dream?

Oh it's all good I don't mind at all.

I like intense dreams...even if they are nightmares it's sort of a weird obsession. The rush and the relief of realizing it was just a dream is so awesome!

I was really horny all fuckin day. My gf's car broke down so I gave her a ride home from work and she sucked my dick all the way back to her house but I didn't cum. I know brother I have had some deep and dark dreams where I have did some dastardly acts. I would get depressed and question myself too but once I just accepted that dreams are random and don't always mean something, I got over it.
