2nd year AB anniversary

Today, Oct 1, marks my 2nd year AB anniversary.

The past 2 years have been challenging, not just with respect to dealing with urges, but from a general perspective.

I am glad that I have chosen to AB, and have striven to stick to it. I admit sexual activities in whatever form, and WD of course, are certainly pleasurable. Yet the ability to choose what to do my body and the strengthening of such ability are the my biggest reward and my ultimate goal.

I don't have any plan to celebrate. My target, beginning year 3, is to have a stronger ability to AB from porn (being hard or softcore) or other forms of erotica.

Lastly, I want to thank a good number of fellows here. We've given each other support, not just on AB issues, but on many life issues. :romance-grouphug:
