Note to readers of the future: If I have a wet dream, that day's post will be in red. This way you can easily identify it. I've had two wet dreams in my life. They were both when I was 13. I fondly remember the pumping feeling but didn't remember the dream and since I was a very naive kid I thought I peed the bed and didn't think much of it. I have previously looked for information about adult wet dreams but didn't find much. I went for 30 days with no orgasms a few years ago but I was edging and not very confident. I don't believe any of that masturbation is unnatural, or porn is unnatural, or any of that religious nonsense. I just want to have a wet dream again and will follow the advice of people here that are successful. I'll make a post every day or so. Rules that I will follow from now on: 1. No touching unless necessary 2. No visuals 3. Sleep chest down with arms above (See the article that was posted) 4. ZMA at night - Lot of forums say this gives you crazy lucid dreams when you take it at night on an empty stomach 5. Keep a log of my dreams It has been a week since orgasm but I was edging a lot so to keep things simple I am going to count this as day 1 Day 1: Touched a few times but quickly remembered that I can't do that anymore

Day 3: Yesterday was really rough but today I kept myself busy and wasn't tempted at all. Have not had vivid dreams yet. Have been doing reality checks. The position with my arms over my head that I mentioned was too uncomfortable and I have abandoned it.

Day 11: Still no sexual or lucid dreams. No MB but I have been looking at some visuals. Very horny. Only occasional raging erection upon waking. I have been logging dreams every morning.

Day 34: Trying to be patient. 34 days since MB but about 45 since last ejac. No lucid or sexual dreams. Dream recall has been poor

Day 70: Aaaand its over
For the record, I have never had sex. I can't for a particular reason that I won't get into. That is why I wanted to try and have a wet dream and a lucid dream. I have only been mbing for the last few days but holding back. Just now I was edging and I accidentally went a bit too far. Barely any cum or orgasm. I have been drinking plenty of water, eating healthy, and taking supplements. I only started mbing a few days ago. As far as did I get that "full" feeling, not really. Semen reserves reach max after about two weeks so I'm pretty sure that "full" feeling people claim to have building up after a month is in their heads. Do your research. Wet dreams depend on your own body. My advice is to give it a shot but don't get your hopes up.
