really started coming on here since 18-8-12 but found the site a couple of months ago out of boredom. the only WD i have had is at around 16 and want to have a few more now.
i really have crap dream recall as in i can only remember a dream every couple of weeks but i'm going to work on that by putting my dreams here or in my note pad if my pc isn't on at the time. had my first dream that i can remember last night so here it is


was in some ones car (whos car wasn't clear) at a cross junction about half a mile from my house, there were news reporters at the traffic lights interviewing someone 2 cars in front (one of them had nice tits). next thing i remember is walking with some guy over the road past the lights over to where the local underground station is we were met with a crowd of people and police officers, the guy flashed some ticket/pass to the officer and they let us through without even stopping me we walk maybe 50m from the station to where there is a bank and ATM outside. i look at the atm and theres money sticking out like someone forgot it. i see its 3 £50 notes so grab it a few seconds later some guy comes running over and out of the corner of my eye i see a guy with a shotgun (was talking with zach about benelli shotuns the day before) and the guy who came running over was begging for the gunman not to shoot him but he gets shot in the leg and starts screaming then gets shot in the head then its all quiet. the next thing i can remember doesn't quiet add up as in the locations like the previous parts of the dream. i was in a location that i cant distinguish and theres a small human looking corpse on the floor that looks like its been chewed up by animals already. thats all i can remember of the dream.

Pretty normal day for me apart from the electric company accusing us of stealing electricity and took our meter away for 'inspection' leaving the bodyshop and office side of our workshops without power but thats getting sorted.
been drinking only mineral water while at work and filtered water at home, also having a vitamin b complex tablet each morning and a omega 3 fish oil capsule at dinner time. feeling pretty tired at the moment so heading off to sleep soon

not much to report on, been keeping my self busy after work until about 9pm as i have a private job doing valve stem seals on a saab 9-3 turbo convertible. not been feeling that horny apart from now and again but that will probably change next week, not had any dreams that i can remember recently either

today is also day 7 for me

day 16 now and i had a dream a couple of days ago that the electric company had cut us off again (3 days ago they reconnected us with a new meter), all i remember from it is being in darkness and seeing the breaker board and main utility fuses. been getting morning wood more the last few days too

in the morning brings day 5 for me, which is in about 3 hours. not that much has been going on but i still keep waking up with boners. been reading up on dream recall and waking yourself up half way through the night, think i may try this as my dream recall is utter crap. anyone tried that or do it now?

today was a productive day, been working on project 'winter warmer' as its getting cold in the mornings now so the boss said we need to make a heater. it consists of a car hydraulic power steering pump, a mechanical diesel injector and a ignition coil. the idea is use our waste engine oil and petrol/diesel mix we have at work and burn the fuel spray inside an old 55 gallon drum. got the pump mounted on an old bumper reinforcement bar yesterday and today during downtime i worked on getting the motor mounted but need to work on that tomorrow as the pulley i used was way to big so i have the pulley off an alternator to use as a reduction drive. its not that pretty but it will work well. can get some pics if anyones interested

today brings day 8. Saturday after work me and my best mate went on a long ride to Ace Cafe London on our bikes just to see what was going on. There was a huge rock n roll thing going on with hundreds of bikes and some from germany, poland and holland, there was a few tents and RVs too. Sunday night we went back again this time in a car, was jap car night but they don't really interest me too much as i'm more into german/french cars but there was another of our mates from a vw forum there. had some scampi and chips and a beer while there. Last night i had a dream but as soon as i woke up it was gone, i had some sort of memory of it but it just went. I'm fairly sure it was a dream as i get this feeling when i wake up after dreaming, i think if i hadn't been drinking that evening/night i'm pretty sure i would have had some recollection of it, also i think the scampi i ate brought on the dream. think i'll be eating more fish these days as i hardly eat any.

I can relate to the dream recall question. At one time I could go for long time with no dreams. Like a year at a time. I thought I never had dreams but then found that everyone has lots of dreams and I just didnt remember any.

The best thing that worked for me was starting a dream journal that I kept by bed. Similar to what you are doing. It took me a few weeks to get it going. I had to tell myself when I went to bed to remember to write down my dreams. At first I would wake up and realize I had a dream but couldn't remember a thing! I kept at it and after a couple of weeks I could just remember like an impression and maybe would have only one or two words i could write that captured feel of dream. Then it got better and I could remember more and more and could eventually record the details of dreams.

I tried the alarm thing also. I didn't much care for it and don't do it anymore but I think it helped me remember a few dreams when I was trying to work on this.

I am trying to get my journal going again. I find that if I keep a journal I can remember some of my dreams but that if I don't I just wake up and instantly forget pretty much all of them.

I really enjoyed keeping a journal. I think it helps with abstaining and wd too. When abstaining I get some erotic dreams so if I can remember them it gives me some enjoyable feedback which provides more incentive to abstain

Sounds about the same as me with remembering dreams. I do have a folder next to my bed with a pen with it but i keep my computer on all the time (self built to be very quiet) so any dream recollection i put up either here or in the folder. I'm giving the alarm thing a go for around 4:30 but not had any luck with it yet although i only started it on monday. Earlier in my log you can see some fairly detailed records and i think thats my recollection on a good day.

day 12 today.
was watching some hypnosis video on YT about dream recall just before i went to sleep and had a dream during the night. it was something to do with being lost in a shopping centre (mall) trying to find a certain shop, i find a desk with loads of screens on the wall, but they are the old CRT screens, talk with a woman about i'm trying to find something. next thing she plays a video on a section of the crt screen matrix on the wall and its something christmas/santa related, i get transported to my room where santas landing on the roof of the house and i hear a bit of groaning then a thud and wake up. in real world its windy and my brothers door is creaking a bit then slams shut.

woke up before my alarm today so writing up my dream. short time after waking up i got wood and just noticed i got that sweaty sex smell i get after mb

Had an easy day at work today. Decided to give up the coffee in the morning and have tea instead. Something unusual happened though, while working on one of the cars i had some pre cum leakage, not had that before at work so i think things are starting to happen now

3 days, never realised

Been an easy day at work today but its been getting stressful this evening. Head light bulb on my bike has blown so i went to get another from the local halfords store but got there 2 mins before they shut and wouldnt let me in so that pissed me off. Another ongoing problem is my compute, its been getting increasingly slow over the past 3/4 weeks so i'm installing windows on another hard drive for the moment while i either fix my current installation or get a 1TB as i got way too much data on it. Looks like a longish night is ahead

Been an easy few days since my last post, just been keeping busy with work and browsing on here. Found a new sub on youtube `AridersLife` who is a moto-vlogger so thats been keeping me busy as i go throught their videos. Anything interesting happens i`ll post it up

Just got back to work from getting breakfast and while i was out i got recollection of a dream last night, it involved a dentist, thats all i can remember.
