day 10

been doing really good since i posted last, been busy with things/going out so not had time to post really.
for new year i'm going to stuff smoking so got one of these http://www.e-lites.org/ http://www.e-lites.co.uk/ and only been smoking 2 or 3 cigarettes a day so have cut down a hell of a lot than i normally smoke

Day 6

had a bit of a crap last few days as my 8 gig memory card in my phone took a shit at some point Friday evening so trying to recover the contents but not got much hope so far.
Started to fit my mates air ride setup onto his vw passat b5.5, got most of the wiring run and the front plumbing run to the front wheel arches, next weekend the bags should be in and connected up.

Got a future project on the cards in the form of a multitouch coffee table using an old 32" lcd tv

currently very early hours of day 4, new year new start but on the last attempt i did 23 or 24 days i think.

totally forgot to say as of new years day i haven't had a cigarette. my best mate, his brother and me have given up smoking as of the 1st jan.

Hey good job on the no smoking. I am guessing that the smoking one would be the hardest to give up - out of MB and smoking.

coming to the end of day 13 now.

as some may know london had snow most of last week so as usual it was all over the news about knobbers who crashed or got stuck and had to abandon their vehicles because they don't know how to drive in snow :roll: , being sensible i parked my bike up as soon as it started getting icy out. the boss picked me up and dropped me off before and after work which took away my waking up time in the mornings and i'm usually pretty tired after work but i'm back on the bike now as the roads have cleared up now around my area.
so far AB and the no smoking have been going well.

dream recall has gone to pot recently but still off the cigs and its going well, same can be said about mb :)
