sunday i helped build a subwoofer box out of a big sheet of MDF, OMFG it pounds differently :D
today has been the usual day at work except i have been getting semi hard ons throughout the day

been doing good AB wise but had a shit day.

was going to work on my bike and it was wet after the rain earlier in the morning, about halfway to work i adjusted my mirror (right), looked up and realised the traffic had stopped but locked up the front brake and dropped the bike. broke an indicator, mirror (left), foot rest pegs and gear shift peg. welded the shift peg up after work but still need to find a way of fixing the foot rest pegs as they are aluminium and we don't have anything to weld with it apart from the oxy/acetylene torch. i'm perfectly ok apart from a very small graze on my knee which hurts a bit. will try to get to the local engineering shop that has a TIG welder and get them to weld up the foot rest pegs tomorrow

Hey Stevie

GALD U ARE OK after your mishap on your bike!! Hey bikes can be fixed but somtimes if we hurt oursleves its not the best. Gald you did not have any serious issues after your accident. It only takes a second for that to happen and I did that early this year in my car - looked away to check traffice and the car in front stopped!! Not great.

Glad you doing GREAT on the AB front as well. U will be breaking you old records soon!!!

Thanks HW. Was really bored this morning before going to work as the clocks have changed and my regulars in the chat are not there in the mornings anymore :( but I'm finding other stuff to do. Got the pegs welded on my bike so i can change gears properly now and have somewhere to put my left foot. My right knee is still a bit stiff/sore after yesterday but other than that im doing fine :)

this sunday i decided to go for a reset so as of today its day 3

had a great 5th november. me, the boss, his wife, my 2 best mates and one of their cousins let 2 boxes of fireworks and 2 huge rockets off in a very open space. i got video footage of us letting the last rocket off.

haha yea seems like it.

past few days have been really tiring for me with work, fun but tiring. monday we had to do the clutch slave cylinder on a van, on this particular model you have to take down the gearbox and it didn't have the traditional Mc Pherson strut setup for the suspension which made things alot harder, got that half finished then i was letting off fireworks that evening. tuesday i finished off the van. today i was a little upset as i missed the Aussie Hardcore Show 10am-noon GMT on http://www.di.fm/hardcore which i try to listen to each wednesday but i think the times are messed up with DST pushing it back by 2 hours. in the evenings we have been burning all sorts of shit in our barrel fire we have in the middle of the yard, foam, plastic, cardboard but te best one is all out waste oil and been throwing in some fuel from the petrol/diesel mix barrel from where we have taken the fuel out of tanks from misfuelling.

no dreams that i can remember but i was so tired yesterday when i got home from work i started falling asleep and talking to someone in my head between conciousness stages but i woke up when i realised this. ab has been easy for me so far too :)

day 5

not long got back from going to the regular friday/saturday night bar with my best mate, was watching one of the bar girls and getting a semi. shes not all that (bit flat chested) but something about her says 'intelligent'. when i went out on a monday to celebrate what would have been my mates dads birthday (R.I.P) we had a good chat with her and she seems the cool and laid back type which is pretty much like me.

ab is good at the moment, went to sleep completely in the buff last night and it was nice as i usually wear boxers to sleep, its nice as i feel 'free' down there :)

Day 3

had a dream about a car that wouldn't run properly and had bits of the fascia removed, i think it may have been a mix of sugar and vw interiors .

So far ab is going well this time around. Just about to leave for work.

been doing good so far this week with ab. had some sort of recollection of a dream last night but was one of those that i know i had a dream as something didn't seem right about the memory but i could remember a tiny bit of what it was about. a couple of months i was getting good at dream recall but its gone crap now, need to work out what i'm doing different now.
