Hi all-
I'm fairly new to this board but am interested in seeing if I can AB until I experience a SE. I've always had WDs (since age 20) and have never really attempted to AB for a long period of time but I'm going to try and see if I get an SE. I didn't realize how hard it is to AB until I started tracking it- haha not doing very well so far (yellow is a WD and red is MB or sex). Kudos to those who are making it more than 7 days- I'll do my best.
Btw- if anyone knows how to change a username please let me know. This is a repurposed old spam email address name that is spelled wrong.

Ok, so although my longest on the tracker is 7 days, I wasn't really making a solid attempt at it, was just busy. Now I'm going to really go for it. Reading all these people with 30,60,90 and more I think I can do it. I'd love to experience an SE along the way (or two). This is day 1 almost over.
I'm also a fairly heavy sleeper which could contribute to the frequent WDs so I'm going to leave a light on to see if I sleep less heavy and have less WDs hoping for a SE someday. Any other suggestions welcome.

Thanks guys. The beginning 2 days wasn't too hard (although the release prior to this was amazing so that could be part of it). Changing my workouts to very few reps with very heavy weights to encourage extra test. Some of you know I'm doing several things to this effect. The light on seemed to help last night- was a distracted sleeping night so hopefully will prevent WDs by waking up if one comes creeping up.
Would like to hear from anyone experienced a SE for signs its coming and amount of time it took. Oh, and how do you know if you MB in your sleep?

Ending day 4. Much harder than I thought. The light on def keeps away wds as I wake up easily. Otherwise would have prob had one last night. Got close to a hands-free today but stopped myself.

Last night was a huge wd. Usually don't make it 7 days. I don't know how folks on here do it. Kudos to you all. Much needed release. Grabbed some photos but turned out a little graphic for posting public. Sorry it was around 5am and I was groggy. Here's to the next 7 days! Hopefully longer or I fear an se wll never arrive.

Approaching 2 weeks! Must be getting used to the feeling. Had a wd af 7 and i bet another is coming soon. Can tell by the sleeping patterns. Not going to say I'll make it as long as some people but 30 days seems possible now.
