Day 21. ... A LOT of edging this morning but no touching. I have found that my nips can almost bring me to orgasm...maybe all the way. I never thought to try it before but I really enjoy it and it totally takes the edge off all day. Do you think, even though I never cum, the edging is keeping me from a WD? I would think it would help? Anyway.....still no WD :angry-tappingfoot:

I don't think edging is good simply because you're playing with fire and can easily go over the edge and lose all the time you've spent AB'ing. Occasional and non-regular edging probably wouldn't hurt you in the long run for getting WDs. Three weeks of AB is pretty good... I'm at two weeks right now. Keep it up!

I think answer is in your own question... "even though I never cum". So yes, I believe edging teaches brain to avoid cumming.

day 26......almost a month and no WD. I totally cut out edging or promoting excitement in any intentional way, hopefully that helps. I'm feeling a little more turned on in the mornings again, but I haven't woke up ready to explode again since early on. I am also going to cut out any drinking because I think it may affect my sleep patterns......the things a guy will do to blow a load in his sleep!!!!

hey suspense -

Hope you can abstain again so you have chance to get WD's. For me it was definitly worth the wait to start getting wd's. I believe you can get there and you have the advantage from the previous abstaining so you know what works and what things to avoid so you can stay out of trouble.
