I'm not sure if anyone is interested in me keeping a log here, but it does give a good feeling when you can say "I achieved x days of AB today". So here it goes... I've been trying to AB ever since I started MB, but it has been quite difficult for me. Keeping it up for more than a week seemed almost impossible. Seeing the efforts of you guys here encouraged me to have another try at it. I have stopped looking at porn about a year ago, so that should make it easier to reach my AB goals. I have managed to control myself for 14 days now. These two weeks have been strange. I felt more tension than I thought I would have, and felt so horny sometimes that it was difficult not to give in. Yesterday I did some relaxation and all of a sudden I felt contractions and I was near to a "spontaneous orgasm", but this time I decided not to push myself over the edge (which I probably would have done previously). Tonight, I had some intense dreams but no WD, although I'm feeling it can't be far away. I've been having this "almost WD" feeling for about a week now though... For now I am aiming at 30 days of AB. That would be a great achievement for me. If or when I'll achieve that, I may set some more ambitious goals. Wish me luck.

Thanks for your support guys. Last night I was really close to WD, but I woke up just a little bit too early.  I'm too excited during the whole day... But still going strong: day 15 has passed!

18 days. Not so horny any more, and I am getting used to the "full balls" feeling. Still feel a bit strange (sometimes I have a lot of energy, sometimes I'm quite tired), but that's ok. We'll see how it continues...

Last night while I was in a half-sleep state, I pulled down my pants in bed. The friction against the sheets was enough to make me orgasm and ejaculate. I wouldn't call this an SE, but I can't say that I did something 'on purpose' either. I had preferred to either have a WD or nothing at all... But I don't want to reset the counter for this. What do you guys think?

Made it to 6 days. Last night I couldn't control my thoughts and came without touching. Back to day 1. Positive thing is that the last few times I only MB'd when I was in a semi-conscious state (which makes me have less power to resist). Otherwise I'm doing well at keeping myself from MB'ing.

I'm at day 4 now. I sometimes find myself touching my penis almost without knowing I'm doing it. I shouldn't do that, it will mess up my AB. I'm hoping to reach at least 14 days this time.

I see what you mean. Well yes, I didn't use my hands, but I did stimulate myself a bit by rubbing. At least it felt as if I did it on purpose, so then it counts as MB in my opinion. Hm, my log is getting a bit boring I guess... But I'm at day 3 now. I have to add the orgasm I had 3 days ago (which was very close to a SE but still counts as MB to me) was amazing; I kept ejaculating, and after a few ejaculations I even got something that seemed like a second orgasm on top of the first one; never had that before. (This should make this post a bit less boring. ) Aiming at 30 days of AB again.

Just came back from my holidays. A lot happened during these 2 weeks. Here are the statistics:
- 2 wet dreams
- 1 hands-free and touch-free MB session which some of you might call an SE
- 1 night on which I couldn't control myself at all... Masturbated 4 times in that one night...
I was aiming for no MB at all, but I knew it would be difficult. At least it went better than the previous years when I went on holiday.
I'm now back on track with the counter on day 9.

SE means spontaneous ejaculation, i.e. sort of a wet dream, but then without the dream, and not while you're asleep. Yes, "ejaculating without stimulation" is a good description, I think. At least without purposeful stimulation... Just thinking very hard about sex with the purpose to make yourself orgasm, even when you're not touching yourself, is MB in my opinion.
