hi Frank! Don't aim for a specific number of days, aim for how long can you go. For me, it has a better push and motivation. I reached 67 days for my very first try and it's rewarding. Rewarding in a sense that I had the best discipline and control. Let me tell you, from 26 July up to this day, I haven't seen porn. I wanted to check for porn last night but I was so tired and just headed to sleep.

Today it's 12-12-12, but for me it's day 13. It's going quite well. I decided I wouldn't fall into the trap of porn again, and installed a filter on my computer just in case. I haven't had any problems with it since then.

Sunday night I had a very messy WD. I had undressed in my sleep, and woke up when the cum started dripping from my stomach... I can't really remember the dream; the only image that remained was lots of young girls in bathing suits... Anyway, this time I was really glad about my WD, and I'm confident that I'll make it for a longer period this time.

Well, what do we see here? Far too much MB, that's for sure. It's worse than I thought. But there are some nice achievements in there (3 times 23 days, and once 41 days, which is my personal record). I should be able to AB for a longer time. I think I can do it. Wish me luck. Do you see any interesting things in my statistics?

Hehe, I haven't recorded those. I've had many of them, but it's not really important for me.

Anyway, I had a hard time the last few days. Couldn't control myself and MB'd twice last week, once with porn involved. I felt worthless and depressed. I'm slowly recovering.

I'm making some progress again! Today is day 23. I'm feeling strange but I'm glad that I'm back on track. I cut down on my computer and smart phone use, and that seems to help me to control myself better in general. Oh, and I had a WD after 12 days of AB.

I'm on day 30! And I had a WD last night. Strangely enough the dream was not sexual. I dreamt about using a tablet computer (which I don't have) for planning a bicycle route. As soon as I pressed the Maps icon, I woke up and orgasmed... As if that was an orgasm button.

I had some dreams after that which turned out to be sexual, but I didn't have the chance of multiple WDs.

I made it to 38 days (almost broke my old record), then failed twice. Lately I've noticed that I only fail when I've watched porn. Another reason to stop that. I'm on day 3 now.
