Huge precum leak this morning as I was getting changed for work. Biggest event since Friday's SE. Nothing else much to report for the moment.

Well, I've crossed the 6 week AB mark. I felt really full last night and through the night. Developed some really good erections that woke me up. The leaking one that stuck with me for a while after getting out of bed felt like it could have developed into something more, but for the sound of my alarm clock. Oh well.

No new SE or WD yet, but I can say today that I've lost over 35 pounds of the extra weight I've gained since my thyroid took a dive. Continuing support from my endocrinologist and fiancé have really helped me stay on track.

5 days to 7 weeks AB, and 6 days to 50 days. I'll likely check back in one of those days or unless something significant happens. :-)

Today, I can only say that I'm celebrating 1 week. While it was not MB to porn, a series of slow release events last Thursday led me to a lot of discomfort, and I was unable to concentrate on work at all. I had to rub out the rest to be able to finish out the day.

I'm okay with it, though. I have identified a big problem of mine that I'm now conscious to keep in control. That problem is pushing too hard when I use the bathroom. Anything from bearing down when I pee to pushing more than I should when I'm having a BM, all result in fluid and semen release after just a few days of AB. This leaves the rest of what ends up in my ducts and urethra feeling incredibly uncomfortable, and sets me up for a self-defeating cycle. I'd always wondered whether it would be okay if I tried to keep myself from doing it, and it seems I'm finding out the answer...

.. For 1 week, now, I've just been letting my body excrete naturally, not forcefully. So far, I have not seen one drop of prostate fluid or semen escape. I've felt quite full on and off throughout this, without the kind of discomfort I've felt in the past with the leakage. I can only guess that this is going to help my chances, so I am grateful for the lesson. With any luck, the abstinence of nearly 6 weeks up to the point of last Thursday will be something my body considers as its new normal, and it will not be another 5 of more weeks before I experience a true SE or WD. :-)

what you discribe while peeing or BM, is a classic mistake while peeing or during BM not extra muscles contraction is needed and
sometime this can even lead to health issues.
For BM few doctors would even tell you the best would be to have some slep in front of the toilet seat to have a position similar of the one you would have in the wild.

I get some blood tests done for my endocrinologist in a couple weeks. Maybe they'll show whether something else is up with my hormones.

I took a closer look at my blood test prescription. The specific tests she ordered are for diagnosing pituitary gland disorders. Though she has already diagnosed me with hypothyroidism, she is concerned that my having little to no libido since I first started seeing her in spring 2016 could have another cause. Anyway, I will be going tomorrow morning to have the blood taken. She often doesn't release the results to me before she discusses them with me personally, so I'll know more on the 3rd.

Had an interesting episode last night before bed with a very twitchy and eventually leaking erection. Nothing much more interesting yet, though.

Erections have been happening more frequently, now. Doesn't necessarily indicate that anything more will come from it, but it is nice to know that that part of myself still works.

Long story short, Friday's appointment with my endocrinologist did not do anything positive for my libido. My TSH levels were up, so she raised my Synthroid dose, but my T, FSH and LH levels were normal, and she refused to test Estrogen. Well, I saw my primary today, and he is prescribing a test for Estrogen, DHEA, and Cortisol levels. I'll be getting those tests done tomorrow morning. We'll see what happens.

Thanks, charly. I do have some more news. The final test results came back in today. Normal levels. So my testosterone, estrogen, LH, FSH, SHBG, prolactin, cortisol, and DHEA, are all at normal levels. While I am still getting treatment for my thyroid deficiency, my endocrinologist did suggest that it would seem that my low sex drive issue is more psychological than anything. So, I'm still reeling a bit from that news, and thinking about how I should proceed. Maybe I should just keep letting the synthroid do its thing as it helps me to get back in shape, and I'll hopefully see a breakthrough some day.
