I'm more pleased with the thyroid hormone and the improved sleep quality helping me to recharge and stay energized, which translates into less morning grogginess and more effective workouts for me. As for AB, I'm increasingly less concerned over when or whether a "big one" will happen, as my body's just too unpredictable, but won't do anything until the right time comes. Meanwhile, my libido is not super high, so it really doesn't feel like torture, either.

I have lost about 20 pounds since the Synthroid really started to work. A small dose of Prozac was added to my med regimen to help with seasonal depression and general nerves, and I'm pleased with how evened out I feel without feeling like an emotionless zombie. If anything, my libido has improved. The Prozac seems to have had some kind of effect on my nervous system such that I'm not retrograde ejaculating, so I haven't felt the need to MB just so I can clear uncomfortable congestion that occurs when I try to urinate after a couple days without it. This morning, after a couple days of not MB (I haven't really been keeping count.), I had an interesting sensation lying back in my bed. My body was twitching a bit, which coincided with a leaky erection. I think it could be the natural rise in testosterone levels that happens at a certain point of the morning. Whether it will turn into more (like an SE or WD) over time is uncertain right now, but I feel not compulsively MBing or having to MB for comfort's sake is a good start to regulating my hormones. My workouts have not been draining me as much since my thyroid's normalizing, and I'm supplementing with ZMA overnight for recovery, so I think that's helping, too.

Small leak during an afternoon nap today. Mostly pre, but not entirely.

Afternoon naps seem to have higher chances of pre leaks and SE for me. It may be due to my body being more 'awake' overall.

Was half-awake in bed this morning, and experienced a ton of contractions from my prostate to my shaft. With small lulls in-between, the whole thing lasted for what felt like an hour, and when I rolled onto my back, I started leaking a -lot- of thick pre.

I had two damp and long-lasting orgasms overnight. I woke up each time when the contractions started happening. The second spot on my sheets is shiny and kind of crystally when dried, so I'm thinking there may have been some sperm in it. Still, the spots were not bigger than maybe 1"-1.5" across, and I'm still experiencing easy arousal now that I'm wide awake. Anyway, it's progress, and I feel good.
