Might as well get started on my own...

Day 19

Haven't even touched since starting AB again.

Classes have started back, no horniness whatsoever. Had a WD Saturday morning that felt great can't wait for the next one, though this one was kinda quick; I don't even remember anything about it or even ejaculating. But I knew when I woke up with a jizz tent in my boxer briefs. So here's to the next one.

Woke up with morning wood and a couple stains. Nothing much else but that I'm happy the OKC Thunder are going to the Western Conference Finals.

Woke up this morning feeling horny with a morning wood and started edging but I quickly stopped. I know I'm probably gonna get one soon. It's been on and off all day; no biggie.

Day 5

Woke up with a boner, feeling horny I edged a little just about almost to the edge, but escaped temptation before I skeeted all over myself. Purchased a laptop this morning so updates should become a tad more frequent.

Any kind really. It doesn't have to be exercise per se. But if exercise, i would advise you to stay away from push ups for obvious reasons.

when was horny yesterday I swept my room and visited WDF. Sometimes I go for a walk out in nature.

Day 6

Horny Level: High

Woke up and actually wanted to MB this morning, almost blasted off before getting out of bed. Too much idle time on my hands; time for some Bible Study and gaming when I get home.

Long walks and prayer-walking might help...Perseverance takes a good deal of creativity, but seems to help virtue become a habit, and the old customs start eventually to fade...To pray and remember how Jesus talked, walked, smiled, how he gives you and wishes you a peace this world seldom understands: a deep way of prayer that might open new possibilities of being like Him, like He related to others and to Himself, to be free by his grace...requires a ton of humility...but God is always very generous in the way He orders the Univers out and within each person created in His Image...Keep accepting the challenge to strive for a way of living that only God can provide by His grace! (And be creative to keep busy with great projects and prudent physical exercise...)

Day 7

Horny Level: On & Off All Day
A good week since last j/o. Keeping busy a little exercise, gaming, bible reading, talking with God. I'll get over this hurdle, and I know He can help me more than enough.

About 22 mins into Day 9

Did a lotta chatting with friends and assignments today; not much else to report. Just gotta stop the compulsion to edge in the morning.

Day 10

Wore briefs for the first time in a couple weeks. Pretty easy today as I wen to church and was basically in some kind of service until around 6PM.

Bought me some new FTL boxer briefs and briefs and hanes socks (really needed the socks; they keep disappearing).
Might get a WD, might not; who knows....

Day 11

This is for yesterday, June 4th.
Second day wearing briefs, first day wearing Fruit of the Loom briefs.
Got real horny around 4:30, but managed to calm it down. Briefs kinda helped and hurt trying to stay away from it.

Day 12-13

Yesterday was an almost day 3 times. Thank you, Jesus for getting me through it and wolf_of_benjamin for the encouragement. Gonna start an online course on sexual purity soon.

Day 13-14

Day 13 was a relatively calm, uneventful day, so lots of lonely time, was edging very often. Must...break...habit!

What's the deal with wearing briefs? What were you wearing before? Do you think they will help you abstain in some way or are you just trying something new?

Well if trying something you haven't worn in a while is something new, then yes. I do wear boxer briefs the majority of the time though.
Day 6 BTW. I started on Sunday so I could have straight weeks and my count wouldn't be off when I get to like day 605 or something lol.

Not too bad for Father's Day. Really busy: Church, dinner with dad, seeing grandmother so no problems.

Taking it easy, lots of devotional time with God, few erections. I know with God's help, I'll be able to divorce this from my mind.

Days 10 and 11

It was well into day 10 when I did my day 9 update. Things were pretty quiet downstairs both days. No problems. Realized something today (Day 11) when we edge it's like on a horror movie where one of the not-so-bright characters goes into the room where the monster is, and they know it's there. Now what matters is what we do; whether we let the monster eat us or we take the way we came in or another way out. When temptation arises, the Lord always gives us a way of escape. All we have to do is take it. The thing we really have to stop doing is putting ourselves right in there with it. You know how it is: "I can stop at any old time. I can escape even when I'm looking my sin in the face." That's the plan of the enemy: to give you pride enough to stand on the edge, and then just one more lie for you to jump off.

Day 11

Early into day 12 as was watching the NBA Finals. Good job to both teams, especially to the Thunder getting their first Finals appearance since the franchise started, and to LeBron James getting his first ring and shutting down his hecklers.

Nothing too much today. Lots to keep me busy.

Day 13

Really horny early this morning, too much edging. Then the kids came, babysitting all day so I forgot about it, and that's pretty much it for today.

Day 9....Again...

I wound up failing on day 14 and immediately began a new set the following day. On day 6 of this new set, around 2:30 AM, I had a WD. It was one of those dreams where you see someone else doing something, but right before the end you realize it's you doing it, except this one was a lot more soggy. I immediately woke up and quickly changed, as my folks were somewhat still up and my niece and nephew were spending the night in my room and I didn't want to wake them.

Been okay the past couple days since then. But I slipped again just now, so I'll start ABing tomorrow, but I won't officially count until Sunday so I don't get thrown off when I'm counting up all those days later on.

fantstic point, i often find this the case myself, i'll keep telling myself i wont actually do it to the point that i feel its safe to look at sinful images and so on, and your right there is always a way out we simply choose to ignore or deny it

After starting off doing the wrong thing (edging) I almost had a WD. ALMOST. I had a little cum stain on the left side of my boxers, but that's about it.
