MB'd again today.

I have to relearn how to abstain.

Well in 40 minutes I start another "1st day of the rest of my life". So hopefully I can figure this out again!.

It took lots of time to re-learn how to AB, I believe you can do it too. Now I'm on 50th day!

Get up, and hang tight! If I can do this, you can do better than me. I have the weakest willpower in this forum.

A slip-up every now and again isn't a major setback. Just a minor one For someone who has gone as long as you've been going and no wetdream, I'd expect a MB session every now and again. The wait can be extremely frustrating. I know As I'm sure most guys here know.

You're strong! More so than most guys here. Keep up the amazing work.

Doing good here. Taking whole week of Thanksgiving off for vacation. So that is fun. Went to visit Pennsylvania and New Jersey for three days. I live in New England in USA. A friend flew in for a long weekend vacation so I am tour guide for a few days. Planning to go visit sites in Boston on Saturday.

Today is day 15 of abstaining.

Trying to improve my life to by excercising and just having some better, more discplined habits. Like getting enough sleep and actually doing a little bit of planning. . . . Now if I can just figure out what I want to do with my life.

I am back. I read a bunch of posts today on Reddit Nofap and decided to try abstaining again. So right now I am all the way up to 36 hours.

I have been gone so long I feel like I should add. . . .

Monkymagic, I like your thread on wd's and Holidays.... maybe we are figuring out when more tiny bit of information on the cause of wet dreams. My experiences are more wet dreams during vacations and Holidays. I think relaxing helps and I have also wondered if the change in routine gives the brain some new experiences and thoughts that somehow help with wd's.

After seeing these being worn in my dream, I wondered if they eventually changed the shape of a guys equipment after being worn for years. Then I woke up.

Whatever. Glad I don't have to wear that stuff wear I live. Don't think I could pull off that look at work and it would be too attention getting at costume parties. I will stick with clothes I know.

Made it to day 8. I am still debating if I want to go 100% abstain or do an occasional MB. Based on my experience in 2012 I am thinking abstain with no porn and no touching. If I do MB I am thinking no more than once a month. So I guess I have 30 days to decide on that point. So here is where I am at.

Still doing okay for abstaining. Have been having the semen leakage every day or so which is normal when I try abstaining.

Wet Dream Success?

I had a wet dream last night. I walked through my kitchen last night and there was a wet spot. Then later I was in the kitchen and noticed the wet spot on the floor was BIGGER. I was wondering how could there be a wet spot there? and thinking of blaming the cats for puking but it didn't look like puke. Then I decided to look under sink and found the sink drain was disconnected and the water was leaking out from under sink and onto floor!. Then I woke up.

It was good to get a dream but I was kind of hoping for better.

I think I was unclear in my posting.... .My body was not part of this dream and I woke up dry. The only thing wet was my kitchen floor in my dream.

I did have a regular dream two nights ago. I just dreamed I was at a buffet dinner with family and co-workers. The dream was a little less than I was hoping for. I am thinking I can always just get together with people I know to eat. A wet dream is what I want.

So feeling a little nuts waiting for wd. Then today somebody introduced me to their son. He was a workout fanatic and his biceps were the size of my thighs. Made me feel like a total lightweight and kind of pathetic that I always quit when I try to exercise. Oh well maybe someday I can do a better job there too.

Anybody here trying to abstain AND workout? Curious what you think about that combo.

Hey Traveling Guy! Thanks for keeping such an awesome journal! I am also combining a new workout routine with my AB efforts. I started out with pushups and pull ups at home plus yoga. Now I've added rock climbing to the equation. It's great! The working out definitely helps with the energy level and sexual arousal. How has it been working out for you?

Based on my experience I know it will be a long shot for me to get a WD before 30 days. I am thinking of doing one MB at the 30 day mark and then going right back to abstaining. Anybody else have experience trying abstaining with an occasional MB?
