Thanks buddy. Now its your turn to inspire people. You are doing great, better than me anyways. Listen, tell us after a full year of AB how many WD you had during this time. Of course, i guess you have more now than when you started. Can you elaborate on that aspect. It would be interesting and probably encouraging for us trying to get where you are. I think I've had 5 WD's in the past year, 3 big ones and 2 smaller ones, actually NE's because I don't remember any dreams. After a small one, a 'big' one would happen about a week later. After all of them, I've felt very rested in my sleep, and very happy in the morning when I felt the wetness in my briefs or shorts. I've tried to sleep nude, but always woke up every hour or so. Maybe it takes some getting used to. I am horny alot of the time, especially in the early morning, but have learned to ignore the urges to hump the bed or to take things into my own hands. It isn't easy all of the time, but as I've said before, absolutely worth waiting for. MB is a thing of the past. I'm lucky at my age to have any at all! Good luck everyone. One Year today! The WD's have increased the last few months, even though January was kind of dry. I'm not discouraged, I will just continue on as usual. Good luck everyone.
