It's been a long time now since I last posted. I had managed to AB for 28 days and then I blew it.
I was so disappointed with myself that I just gave up.
Anyway, I have decided to try AB again.
So today, is Day 1 of AB.

Back once again in the forum. I have decided to try quiting MB for good once again. This time I am using a different strategy. Instead of setting a goal of like 30 days or something like that, I have decided to just take one day at a time and consider every day without MB a personal victory.
Maybe this approach will get me off MB. I feel more motivated and hope it works.
I have also begun to change my lifestyle: Exercising more and keeping myself occupied with new hobbies.
The last time I MB was on the 28th of July.

My approach is similar. I am ab'ing VERY long term and decided to reward myself for every 30 days of ab. Additionally, I'm also exploring different hobbies and outlets. Exercise is out of the question for now.

Today is the 7th day of AB and I came to the forum precisely to get some support. I need it badly today as I am feeling a strong urge to MB.

Today was an uncomfortable day.Ttwice after I had urinated I discharged semen in the form of gel like lumps. I had also noticed quite a lot of it in my underwear.
Now finally, not feeling the urge to MB anymore. I think the body has gotten rid of what it needed to get rid of.
Hopefully, will be able to continue AB.

Just wanted to report that I am still going strong on the AB. Taking it one day at a time. Now at day 8 of AB. Yesterday I had so many sexual thoughts as well as a persistent desire to MB. I feel so full at the moment and my penis looks so much bigger than usual. I kind of like this feeling of fullness!
I feel so energized!
Hope I will be able to keep up with my AB today. So far I am happy that I have been able to reduce my frequency to once every 8 to 9 days as it has allowed me to rediscover the pleasure of a strong orgasm and a plentiful amount of ejaculate. It is worth while to hold back a bit!

Finally got a wet dream last night! It is my first since joining this log. It was a restless night. I went to bed very late and was tossing and turning on the bed for about 2 hours before I finally fell asleep. About 3 hours later I woke up because of the ejaculation. I was flaccid when it happened. I didn't mess myself up much since I have a long foreskin and the cum just remained under the foreskin, covering the entire head of the penis. Some of it came out on the shorts I was using, but not much. I went to the bathroom and rolled back my foreskin and there was a lot of cum covering the head of my penis. Cleaned myself up, changed my shorts and went straight back to bed. Got up a few hours later very relaxed and content.
The interesting thing about this wet dream is the fact that it has happened not after a long period of AB. I last MB just the day before.
