What is up guys? Ive been a member of this forum for about 10 days and i have been impressed by all of the AB and WD records around here, so i decided to join. I have been AB for about 22 days and i decided to start keeping a log.

Day 22
I had a major hard this morning while im bed. I wanted to stay asleep but couldnt so my mond started to wander. Then i got up and took a shower which made everything better. Nothing else to add i might edit this later or not.

Had a major hard time last night but i managed to survive. I didn't get too much sleep last night so no chance to sleep, let alone have a WD.

I have a major concern. I am going to winter camp this weekend and i am worried about having a WD over there, cause it would be a major embarrassment. Should i break my AB for this weekend or keep going and hope i don't have a WD.

Last night i barely got any sleep but i wasnt horny weirdly enough, I just couldn't sleep. I have to pack my bags for camp because I leave Thursday and come back late Saturday night. Hope i have fun.

Nothing really important to report. I am really bummed out over succumbing to myself, but i will eventually break the habit and let WD flow from me like Niagara Falls.

Yep. Now you really are back to square one, but nevermind. You have plenty of years and time to work on your AB. With those hot girls with terrible personalities, don't worry. Whatever they say, have a smile and laugh on your face, sure you find them attractive but you don't even want what they've got because you're doing AB.

I know as males, it is acceptable for society to be violent against us, and for courts to violently punish and discriminate against us just because of our gender - there's a long way to go for gender equality. However, rejoice in how cool it is to find females attractive. Never feel intimidated by these girls. Just think how great it is, that you can look at them, and their beautiful feminine faces with beautiful hair, their lovely feminine bodies with their beautiful hips and by looking at them you get hard. That's nature at its best!

I had a lot of boners today during school, but other than that im good so far. I just need to stick with the 'no touch' policy. But something is bothering me. A female friend of mine knows that i used to MB, and she hates the idea of me MBing because she thinks its a bad thing to do. Anyway, i havent told her that i broke my AB streak, and im afraid that she will be disappointed with me and she maybe will try to kill me i dont know what should i do?

Well if she does kill you, there's every possibility she will not get punished. As I said before, violence against males, particularly if done by a female is acceptable.

However, I don't think you need to worry about that at this stage. As I'm sure she will understand. You have to determine how close you are to your female friend. How old is she? Is she a grown up, or is she in school like you? Is she related?

Don't forget that most girls and women masturbate all the time too - although they are somewhat less comfortable talking about it. Females can have multiple orgasms more easily too, so some girls spend all day masturbating. It is unfortunate that some females do not get to experience an orgasm until they are in their 20's. They are missing out on something - and no one, male or female should miss out on orgasms; therefore female masturbation should be encouraged.

So in regards to your female friend, does she tell you how often she masturbates, whether she has sex, etc? If it's your sister then that is cool, because brothers and sisters need to look after each other, and I'm sure she is just looking out for your best interests. If it is someone more removed from you, then I'm not sure they have the right to be making moral judgments about you. Either way, whoever this person is, I reckon you should start the conversation by asking about their views and experiences of female masturbation (this will tell you a lot about them and how open or closed they are) and take it from there.

True, most women masturbate, esp. single women, but maybe only 70-75%, compared with >99% of males, and not as often as males. Of course there are exceptions, like some women who masturbate for hours every day. I don't recommend you ask her about her own practices unless you are very close.

Good advice there from Ronald. I'm making the assumption you are fairly comfortable with each other though if she knows about how you MB. So what I was trying to say is, I think it is okay for you to start off my discussing her views on masturbation - both male and female, and understanding her better from that perspective.

Also, my understanding from most of the studies I have read and indeed from personal experience is that the percentage for females who masturbate in western countries is well into the 90+%, many are reluctant to admit they do it, even though they do it. I would guess 95%+.

My friend is 18 but she is still in 10th grade, (one grade below me) and i have asked her if she has ever MD and she said no never not until she gets married will she have an orgasm. Who knows you could be a chance with this girl? Particularly if you don't act like a scared cat. Do not be afraid of this person and who knows this girl may change her perceptions of you. So what if you MB, or if you want to AB. You do not need the approval from this person. Only from yourself.

Since she is 18 and you are 16 just be aware of perhaps some age of consent laws. But usually if the female is older it is considered okay. Of course if it were the other way around, you could well find yourself in jail getting violently tortured and society considers this okay. We've got a long way to go before males are given gender equality.

Days 3-4 are often tough, as the body is craving an orgasm. Don't be so hard on yourself - there's nothing wrong with you. As I've said before, you have plenty of time to AB and to get better at it. Just start again. When the AB count gets large, that acts as an incentive itself to keep doing AB, because you don't want to break your streak. That's another reason why the first week or so can be tough to clear. Good luck.

Nothing to report, but i do have a major concern though. Before 2012, i had been MBing for 3 years straight, preaty much everyday. Well, i read an article online that says that MBing constantly can cause the base of your penis to go soft. I thought it was crap, but now i notice that everytime i get an errection, my penis doesnt stand straight up but sags at a 45º angle to the left. It has only fully errected once this year, on day 28 of my AB streak before i broke it (the streak, not my dick). So, is my bent penis the cause of over-MB or am i just jumping to conclusions?

Yesterday morning I had a boner, but nothing happened. This morning I had a nice boner, but I wasnt going to MB because I was at my friend's house. He is 15, but I dont think he has ever MBed before.
