Trust me, once you STOP focusing on having a WD it will come. (Lol starting to sound like an expert hahaha)
Anyway don't focus on it, and make sure you sleep in a nice cozy and warm place. I have noticed that when its too cold I don't have WD. Maybe its just me but yeah.

FAILED AT DAY 35 AROUND 3 AM

Could not sleep, was so horny and started touching and did not stop. The challenge is to avoid multiple MB. :text-imsorry:

So you set some free. It's ok, keep going and try not MB again. In my opinion it's probably not a big setback if you come only once, where it would be if you MB ove and over (like I did last time I broke my AB, and felt terrible for it)

Failed again early morning at day 7, the second time this month. Its not dramatic but i must avoid any failure for the rest of the month because i know i am in big trouble if i don't. :angry-nono:

Now i'm in trouble. I did it again after 2 days. When you start to enjoy it again it comes and bites you and your old habit kicks in in high gear. I will need alot of determination to get out of this rough patch.

Back in control of things. Tonite at 1 am will mark a week since my last failure. So i am out of trouble. Trouble is when you restart mb and do it almost every day for a whole week. This behaviour is the killer of wd and AB. So november is bad with already 3 mb in the book but if i can continue AB for the rest of the month and resume limiting my mb to no more than one per month i should be back in wd territory. I will keep you posted but my determination is strong again ....so i am optimistic.

November report. 3 MB and no WD. I am dissapointed on one hand because i wanted 0 MB and at least one WD, but on the other hand i am glad i regained control during the month and stopped what could of become a mb binge. I dont know about you fellows but once i fail once my mind takes over and wants to go back to my habit to do it every two days and sometimes even daily. As you can see my last binge was in june and july. My first priority is to prevent that kind of behavior if i hope to become a full time WD.

DAY 30 TODAY

The last couple of days i am very horny when i go to bed but i do not touch and the feeling goes away. Morning wood is not always there, maybe because i am so horny and hard when i go to bed so my body does not need it in the morning.

I must admit i feel i could fail today because 30 days without release is like a milestone. But if i fail i will have waisted 30 days and i will probably have a wd if i can last another month. If i can't have one wd in two months...there is really a problem with my brain reboot.

GOOD NEWS, DAY 31 TODAY

I resisted yesterday. I'm glad i did because the urge is weaker today. So my journey to my next wd is upon reach. One day at a time. I will report when i get this wd.

DAY 39 (DAY 40 AT 1 AM on december 25)

Almost lost it at 6 am this morning, i felt so horny and started a couple of strokes. Then i said stop...you are almost at day 40 and a wd must really be close. My best guess is that i should get one before 60 days. I will try my best to get to 60 days to see what happens.

My best AB this year was 41 days. Had only 2 WD (day 27 and 37). I must stay strong and exceed 41 days...almost there.

DAY 42 (6 Weeks)

Very horny every night but no wd. The sperm production is a 8 week cycle, so even if i was running on empty at the beginning i should have a wd within the next 2 weeks. So this fact shall be my motivation to last another 2 weeks. But it is very difficult right now.

Hopefully my last for 2012 (#42). My challenge is to limit MB to no more than 12 for 2013. I already created my 2013 Log and will record dates of every ejaculation, MB or WD.

Failed for the second time this month early morning. When you let the desires get the best of you that's what happens. Nothing catastrophic but a reminder to be vigilant in 2013.

You can start afresh for 2013, one day early as a headstart. Good luck. Many people fall at this period it seems, out of stress.
