Hello there. I am quite new here and I decided to make a log or a journal. The deal is I have masturbated last time exactly 2 months ago and still counting, but did not have any WD. Last night I had an erotic dream where I almost did have one, but somehow in the dream I took control over it and did not cum. So I am really curious how long can I go without a WD or MB. Congratulations on another WD! From your posts, you seem like a natural and can be an inspiration to others. It took you about 3 months of abstaining for you to start getting WDs, and now they are becoming more frequent.
Can you tell us what your WDs are about?
You don't seem to miss MB much and said you like the feelings of horniness from abstaining, and enjoy your WDs. I think a successful transition from MBer to WDer involves not missing MB and finding abstaining, including controlled horniness and WDs, to be a more enjoyable lifestyle.
It looks like you've done just that!

Well my WD are mostly erotic /who would have thought that? lol/. Oh yes, i do miss MB a lot but i always look forward to a WD and the feeling during a WD is quiet unique. It is sometimes really really hard, when walking on the street, or in a shop or at university, watching/talking to girls and feeling that i am getting a boner lol. So after 8 days i had another WD...cant remember the dream but it was very intense...the one thing i notice is, the more i go with only WDs the more intense becomes the feeling when having one  I am not complaining just wondering if anyone else has noticed it or am i the only freak here lol this is the 5th WD since i started with complete abstinence that is since 8th of November 2011 hope everyone has a nice day

Several other guys who have made a successful transition from MB to WDs as their outlet have made similar observations. Our most successful MBer turned WDer, by the name of shadow-15, said that his WDs kept becoming more intense and longer lasting over time. He said that his semen volume was increasing on average, and was considerably greater than when he used to MB. His WD rate went up over time as well, and he would even get two in one night at times. He described his WDs as 100 times better than MB. It may be just a coincidence, but he also slept nude once he started abstaining. Even though he posted here less and less often and eventually stopped, based on his posts I doubt if he ever went back to MB. After years of MB, it seems like a lot of guys have trouble getting into the WD 'groove', even though it seems like the natural, built in outlet of people never started with MB. You are lucky to at least so far be one of the successful ones. WDs must exist for a reason, and I think that the superior, more intense, and more complete orgasmic experience of WDs implies that the body naturally prefers that outlet instead of MB. The positive post-WD feelings compared to the post-MB letdown also supports this idea. It also seems logical that WDs are a better 'rehearsal' for possible sex in the future than is acquiring the habit of manual self-stimulation to induce orgasms. They are also a better substitute for waking sex than is MB.

Well, i have noticed a relationship between those things...like now i have been very busy with university, exams and so, also going to the gym and many other things may have caused that i did not have a WD since April...but yes i am horny as hell and it is hard not to brake this journey. But when the WDs are close to each ther it is not that bad...it is bad when the time between them gets really long like now  as some would say: i would f*ck everything that is female gender, is on two legs and has at least a little bit of pulse Feel free to ask any question you want.
