Hey 95. Glad things are working out for you! I know what you mean about the lack of desire to MB. I got that around day 30, so it seems you're lucky to get it a little earlier. It really helps with the AB. For me, AB now feels similar in the fact that it's not really a big part of my life anymore, just something I do.

You're doing awesome, man. Keep going and good luck with all the big and new changes in your life! Hopefully that will also aid in keeping your mind off being horny.

I'm glad you wrote this because I got into a low mood about not being able to ejaculate

seems to me that long term AB without WDs should be something to get excited about for each other as well, we're all acomplishing something that not many people in our culture do.

That lifted me and I know I'm not the only one experiencing these things.
I do feel proud of my AB, it does feel like an achievement.
Are we in a sort of special category - 'long-term non-WD ABers' - not very catchy!!

You're right about sometimes feeling aggravated - I got kinda angry and thinking 'there's no end to this, what am I doing??'
And the t-buzz varies a lot: gets stronger and weaker and that also seems to affect moods.

4 weeks AB today! I felt like I must've had a hard on all night last night, was hard when I went to sleep, hard when I woke up overnight, and hard when I got up in the morning. Had a lot of sensations, but no WD. It was still kinda fun though, and the best part is I'm two days away from the 30 day goal! Looking forward to my first big milestone.

Today I'm doing better, still fighting the horny beast a bit though. Overall I'm very happy with AB, I'm happy with all the changes I see in myself as a result of it, but there are still some very hard days. At this point I just hope I can stay strong and make this a true way of life, at least until something else changes. WDs aren't my goal, but it'd be nice to have that validation too.

95, it's great that your desire to be abstaining has picked up for you. Yes, there will be ups and downs along the way, but it's those specific times when everything seems to be running on all cylinders when that it's great to sit back and take it all in.

I hope the next week is very kind to you. Please treat yourself well.

So Saturday was a pretty rough day with porn and MB, but since then I've been doing much better. It's interesting how, now that porn ends up being an isolated incident as opposed to a habit or even a sem-regular activity, it's much easier to get past it when it does happen. I've noticed some increased horniness yesterday, but by far and away I've only had thoughts of disgust towards porn and MB since Saturday. So that's good. I'm at day 4 today, past the initial hump, looking forward to getting back into a position of pushing the AB record once again.

Well done, 95. The first week is the toughest, especially when you had a reset. Why don't you try focusing on achieving a hugely gooey WD instead of putting so much pressure on AB? They are both a result of the other, but one is positive incentive while the other is negative. It might be easier for you to AB if you're doing it with a specific reward in your sights!
I hate seeing you guys feeling so guilty. I hope this helps reduce that.
