My AB and WD Log

Nothing much to report today. It's Day 5 of AB'ing, everything went well at the Carnival, we raised nearly $2,000. Normally I get asked to make a double batch of bread that makes about 6 loaves, but they asked me to make a triple batch which makes about 9 loaves or more. Goooosh, was that a lot of work. Helped out in the kitchen selling food and then cleaning up. I was offered to take another sauna afterwards and man that felt good! The table I was kneading that monster of dough is at mid-thigh for me, so it is tough on my lower back and on top of that I have a longer torso than rather than long legs which makes up for a really tough time on my back sometimes. No temptations at all really to MB while I was in there, which was really good. Like I said on another post, sweaty, alone, in a hot room naked can sometimes be a hard not to MB. But I did it! Even managed to shave my balls with nothing too much than the needed touching.

Still no real luck with the WILD Lucid method. Lately it's been hard to even both because it is counter productive because I wake up and often takes me a long time to go back to sleep. And speaking of sleep, it's almost midnight here and I it will probably take me another hour to sleep, so I'll catch you guys later!

Yaaaay, made it to Day 6! This weekend wasn't any trouble at all, they are usually the worst but it was super busy. Kept myself clothed most of the time so no MB temptations. Busy all day Saturday with Carnival and today it was church and then made chili for my mom and I. Had a relaxing day of simmering chili, reading, occasional cello practice session. Bought a new bow that should be here in about 3 days! Kind of kicked trying the WILD dreaming method for now, may try it occasional because it really has caused more frustration then anything. Haven't been trying to keep track of my dreams since I get up and go, I need a good few minutes in the morning to concentrate on those solely or else there is no point.

Strangely this weekend there wasn't the whole random bursts of pleasure like mini-orgasms like Friday, I wonder what the heck was up with that. Buuuut this guys is gonna read some of his book and head to bed. Best wishes!

Day 7! Made it to a week =D. Going strong still, looked at some porn earlier today and I think that is what gave me some blue balls. Nothing really new to post today. Ordered the galantamine supplement to give it a shot on lucid dreams. I've always been interested in lucid dreams before finding WDF but now more so!

Day 8 up here. Wind is blowing like crazy gusts up to 55 MPH. Hopefully I can sleep well tonight. My house is on an hill open to it all so it can be hit pretty hard. Hopefully it dies down enough for my cello bow to make it in tomorrow. G'night all!

Day 9.

Starting to get more horny. Around 5/6 out of ten. Nothing really to report. New cello bow came in, haven't had a chance to try it out much yet. Some friends came over and we watched the 4th Pirates movie. Showered, chatted a bit, and now gonna head to bed. Hopefully gonna have a WD soon.

I also lost interest in the WILD method lucid dreaming. It wasn't working and I kept forgetting about it. I don't have enough energy lately to focus that much. Good luck the the supplements though! Looking forward to hearing how well they work. I might have to give them a try.

Also, when you get dry dreams, do you actually experience orgasm but with no ejaculation? They sound interesting, and in my opinion just a step down from a true wd. I wouldn't mind experiencing a dry dream. Whatever kind of sexual release I can get right now without cumming works for me! Also way to go for not giving in once you woke up! I imagine just going back to sleep could be very difficult under those circumstances.

On to day 11. I didn't get around to updating yesterday. Yesterday I ended up having a lucid dream. Was going along with one where I was getting ready to go on a missions trip to Mexico I think, or maybe somewhere in South East Asia? We were on a boating tour and I remember seeing a lot of trees and we were really focused on this one tree with a carved wooden statue of some kind in the branches and I was getting frustrated because I couldn't get my camera on my phone to focus on the right spots. Switched to where I was on a high tech ship and was going someone where these two people trying to break into a submarine for some reason.... the rest is a blur until I am with a group of people some where, possibly a boat again. I was in a group with a bunch of guys I was traveling with and I had to pee so there happened to be urinals on the wall and I go to one and it ends up to be a 5 minute pee or something because I remember telling myself that this is really long and getting embarrassing. I am walking down a hall and for some reason it occurs to me I am dreaming and I make myself float to double check and I fly a bit. My first reaction in the dream is to go some where and MB. I go into an other room and start going at it and coming everywhere and after that I lose control of the dream and it spirals off into something about helping out in the cafeteria. The strange thing is that I didn't have a WD nor did I even have a DD. I just happened to make myself MB in the dream and nothing else happened.

Anyways that's the only real update that I have. Maybe I can get a hang of it again tonight. That would be great =D

day 13!! I am almost two weeks and I am going strong! It's been sort of a rough day but overall going strong. My galantamine made it in today and I'll let you guys know how it goes =D. Still remembering most of my dreams, just not enough to post them... Especially today, was called out as an EMT at 6:20 AM and finished up at 8:15... since I was already near work I just went in early at 8:30. Screw going home for a few minutes really. Anywho, long day, gonna go to bed here after watching a Big Bang ep or two =]

Hit the two week marker!!!! 14 days!!!

I tool the galantamine before I went to bed last night to make sure I didn't have an allergic reaction... Never know and would hate to have anaphalactic shock all by yourself in the middle of the night. So, it didn't have the desired affect since it's at peak power in your system about after an hour. Was a little tough to go to sleep last night, long busy day and it takes me a long time to relax and detox before going to bed.

When I finally did fall asleep it was a weird dream where I was a pan of food at a buffet waiting to be served, haha. I could feel and see myself as a sausage mixture in pan with a divider and see myself. Pretty ridiculous and awkward I must say.

The next was even more awkward in a different way. It had a horrorish/nightmare feel to it but not too much to be terrifying. The only thing I really remembered is I had a blond model looking girlfriend and she was trying to kill me or something. It was in a nice house in the woods, mansion-esque, brick, wooden floors, with nice wide windows with a wooden trim. She chased me into the bathroom which was nice an opulent to match the whole house and there was Ashton Kutcher! He was naked and was gonna knife me down! He pulled a small knife out of his dick, somehow without hurting himself, haha. It switched from him trying to kill me to him and I going at it. I totally remember coming like crazy in that dream, girl friend was still outside supporting us I think, but still no WD. That was one of the dreams that sticks out enough to remember.

Anyways, when I woke up to go to work this morning I had a pretty hard morning wood and had a throb that hurt my foreskin. Not the most pleasant way to wake up, haha. I'm gonna wake up sometime tonight and take the galantamine cause that is when it's supposed to have the best affect. More reports on how that goes tomorrow =]

Today makes day 16 for me!

I am getting closer to getting a hand on the lucid dreaming I think. I gave up on the WILD method and just being more aware of my dreams. This mornings was a bit chaotic. I don't remember what led up to it but I was doing a photo shoot as a stand in husband on a sandy beach that was a grayer sand rather than the usual pictured pale white sandy beaches. It was overcast flat light with pine trees lining the coast. A lot of people around with the hustle and bustle of a normal wedding, I can picture vaguely setting up tables and arranging flowers. What made me really angry in the dream is that I wanted to actually marry the girl that I was with in the dream. For some reason I couldn't just straight up ask her out because I knew she was already getting married. She was another blond tall with long somewhat curly hair. For one photo we had our backs to the sun facing the beach and she had an abstract white thing curly thing around her right wrist. Maybe a corsage of some kind... I remember seeing it close cause she was fixing her hair and it was right in my face because I was on her right side with my arm around her waist. She was kind of thin, not unhealthy, just naturally. I think I had shorter hair than I do in real life styled in a loose pompadour with a gray suit on, minus the coat, with a vest and a white shirt. We did a couple poses and then everyone just disappeared and I had to go and pack my stuff up so I could leave. The house I was staying was built on a sand bar. The way I got to it was going to one sand bar and then to another. It as a cozy one story cabin like thing. Like a knick-knack B and B place. When I was in the place packing up all my stuff the tide suddenly came in and was about my chest/neck height and that's when I became more aware that I was dreaming. I think I started noticed it was during the photo shoot and it kicked in when I was packing and noticed the water. It was there but not there, I knew it was supposed to be but I couldn't really see it or feel it. What ticked me off about this happening was my laptop, a black Macbook was submerged and I put it on a cupboard hoping it wouldn't be water damaged.

After that is some dreams that I only remember the imagery and feel of, not enough to write about. The next dream I remember is I was driving a white truck in a forest with dirt roads and for some reason a cop pulls up next to me and we talk a bit telling me what I did wrong, I don't remember anything about it. I convince him I'll follow him somewhere and then when I get into the truck again I hit the gas and start going up and around on this trial away from him and for some reason he can't follow me on it just parallel to it and he's shooting at me! I escape eventually and pull off to the side near a lake then get out and do some walking around I move around some rusty metal things on the ground here and there, at first I think they're sculptures of some kind, but when I get to the lake edge I see some old dried out body parts like arms and legs then I remember that there is a cannibal out there somewhere and all over are these giant rusty traps that are almost from like the old ACME cartoons but big enough for huge bears/people. I move around a few and walk further up the coast of the lake and run into some people and let them know about the cannibal guy that is around and after a few minutes of talking with the 3 of them the cannibal shows up. He's tall with brown pants on, black mid-thigh trench coat, a black cowboy hat, and for some reason when I think back about the dream it reminds me of Freddy Cougar. He talks to us but I don't remember about what... and then the dream shifts again and there isn't much else to report.

Other than that I almost blew it last night. Was just being bored looking at porn and started touching myself and very nearly just threw all caution to the wind and started MB'ing to the finish but I held myself back just in time! Hopefully I won't get anymore close calls like that... cause I don't know how often I can tell myself no.

Yah RonaldReagan! It is in part from the galantamine I think. They said vivid dreams and lucid dreaming is part of the affects of it and it is true. Haven't been able to solidly lucid dream yet.

But I am resetting my AB count to day to 0 from 17. Normally morning wood isn't a big problem for me but since I was horned up and woke up naked this morning I MB'ed. Not terribly guilty about it again, it happens. Might MB a couple more times tonight to get it out of my system.

So this mornings dreams are: Was an image of a bird maybe, it had special meaning to me in the dreams. It might have been a message for a few people, it's colors in particular. It shifted to a blue color. When I think back on it more I see a stain glass image. Blues and yellows stand out. Then the main image was the stain glass with a bird image. There was a strings orchestra playing and the whole room had different groups of five or so bugs and grasses or plants nothing bigger than a palm size I think. They were dancing and moving around and in the dream they were mating. It was a small sitting room area this was happening maybe 15 ft by 8ft, white walls, a few book shelves and sitting chairs with a door opening to a kitchen area. Not sure how long it went on but not very. When finished we needed to get juice from the roots because there were special for something. The roots juice was from a different set than the kind that were dancing around. They were bamboo shoot like, the kind you see in restaurants that we needed the juices from.

In the kitchen area there were three people. A man and two women. One of the women had fallen in love with the man and it was forbidden for some reason. She was dressed in Egyptian or Aztec style clothing on, but she was only in blue silk underwear. She had an orange jewel ring that symbolized their love. For some reason I was third person or on the side line of the dreams and called their love presumptuous. Next the dream switched to where she was tying a knee It was like a brace it had a stone image on it a face I believe and it represented an empire I believe. As she was tying it on she freaked out because it had the wrong image on it, because it was different than the one she tied on someone else previously in the same room. She said the one that she was tying on to me was a two way spying method built in to it. I broke it and took it off of me. The image I got when doing so was a belt buckle and it took a lot of energy out of me, like magical or power of some kind. It was a two step process and releasing myself from the stone buckle is what took a lot out of me. When I broke hers it was only half way. I couldn't undo the stone part after breaking the buckle. I told her I would come back later that night or in the morning to finish the process. When doing so I told her "I have become fond of telling a loved one about the stars in the night sky" the feeling had a weight of years like maybe centuries with the imagery or a shifting, me turning to my right and the room opening into a hole that had the northern lights and the milky way playing across it. Before the dream could fully shift my neighbors dog barking woke me up...

The next dream after I fell asleep was again was that I was that I was wondering around my grandma's house or somewhere similar. It was a dark musty hallway, that was unfinished camped and maybe 4 ft across. There were two others with me in the hall. We were looking for something and eventually after crawling around the eaves and up into the rafters I find a symbol about 5 ft tall almost fluer de lis like. We need to activate it some how to open it. After wondering around the house I looked for the key to opening it was a blue bowl that was in the shape of the symbol but 3D. I needed to spin it the right way to make the correspond. It wasn't working and I think it wasn't because I was more aware in the dream but not aware enough to be lucid.

The next dreams are not as memorable because I didn't type them into my phone or make a strong point of remembering. I know I was wondering in Seward after the magic bowl one. Trying to find my way back to the house but couldn't because I didn't fully have control of the dream. The next part was I was somewhere in a hillside with trees and grass. Ran into some people and all I really remember is helping out in a farm area. Almost compoundish. But that is all.

But those are the recent dreams. I need to head to bed. Long day.

Wow that's a lot of dreams! It sounds like those galantamine pills are really working for you! I might have to order myself some. I think I started having a lucid dream the other night, but as soon as I noticed and thought to control my actions, it faded away.

Also, I like your attitude towards restarting your AB. It happens and you just gotta move on. Good luck with this next run!

Hey Guys,

Sorry I dropped off the edge for awhile now. Life has just gotten in the way and will power wasn't all that strong. Just popped in to let you all know that I am alive, though barely with the freezing temps out lately. It's about 10F usually with some wind chill. Getting dumped with snow off and on. Though not anyway nearly as bad as the Prince William Sound which has made the news in many places.

On to AB'ing. I am going solid at about 13 at the most and 11 at the least. Not sure when I last MB'ed. Nearing my recent record again or 17. I haven't been very horny at all with this most recent AB stint, probably the only reason I have made it thus far. This morning's dream that I recall before being woken up from a phone call is that I was in my bed jerking and started oozing and all I could think about is dang it, there goes my AB'ing. Then started chewing on my foreskin, which was really weird.... That is the only memorable part, other than me in a giant building made of glass and metal that was also a swimming area filled with water. Sorry this is late in reply. During my birthday I was in transit from Michigan to Chicago, and then the next day from Chicago to LAX and spent that entire day traveling. After that I was around people that weren't entirely close and didn't know it was my birthday, so didn't really celebrate it >.>

I was doing really great on AB'ing. It was September 24th until the 16th for no MB for me... I woke up from a nap and it was too much horniness from the dream for me to not finish it off. Woke up gasping and hard from a dream orgasm that was dry and it was too much on the cusp for me to not MB. So I am a bit bummed at that. Now 4 days strong!
