Thanks for your kind words of encouragement! I appreciate it! In response to the last part of your comment, it is the latter, they just are an unexpected treat that make it more tolerable. AB is not the ideal scenario (that would be having regular sex with a spouse) but I have come to like it better than being unable to resist MB; and the "T-Buzz" (increased energy, confidence, sex appeal, etc.) is the best benefit. Unlike MB, sex drive doesn't go down to 0 after a WD.

The idea was to complete 90 days of NO PMO as part of a process of rewiring the brain to be free of dependency on internet porn (See yourbrainonporn.com and watch the Power Point, there is a ton of great information on porn addiction)....I'm a recovering addict. I can never consider myself "cured" but as my recovery progresses, the cravings get less urgent and weaker. Even after I reach 90 days of NO PMO, I may continue with the AB for 6 months, 1 year...I don't know. I just take it one day at a time right now. It took me a long time, even after I was in my 12-Step program, to be willing to give up porn; just like an alcoholic or heroin addict, it had become a friend to me.

I had a WD late this morning. I'm glad I turned off my alarm and went back to bed for a couple of hours. In my dream, all I remember was looking at a catalog of bikini models, then I somehow made their swimsuits disappear so they would be naked. I started to orgasm almost immediately, and I was thinking maybe I had cheated by doing that.

This was WD #4. I had to wait 54 DAYS since WD #3! Yes, 54 DAYS! That's almost two months. Was it worth it? Probably not for the orgasm, but for the sense of accomplishment; I know that sounds ridiculous.

This morning my dad asked me about an e-mail that he had received from a friend. It had a link to an online Advent calendar, and I explained to him what an Advent calendar was. I clicked on one of the pictures on the side, there was one for each day from Dec. 1-25. It turned out to be a trick and there were pictures of naked girls and I was embarrassed. I gave the iPad back to my dad and he closed it. Of course, it doesn't break my sexual sobriety because it was completely inadvertent on my part--it was a dirty trick from my dad's friend. He's more like an acquaintance. But it is worth mentioning, though.

I took a long mid-day nap today, Wed., and had two lucid dreams during them. They were amazing! They were only slightly lucid though, and sort of blurry, and I lost lucidity or lost the dream entirely after a short time. This seems to happen when I have recently been reading or chatting about lucid dreaming.

One of them I woke up from with a SUPER hard erection. I remembered that I had wanted to get naked in my lucid dream but I forgot what to do after that. I also remembered that I was supposed to shout "Increase vividness! Increase lucidity!" in my dream but I was unable to speak at all. I was also supposed to rub my hands together to maintain the dream but my hands were so sticky that they wouldn't slide across each other. Oh well! It was a really good start. I hope I can build on it.
