so I am back! after my earlier (under a different name) quest last year that lasts for almost 4+ months, I gave up and went back to MB but with much less frequency like once every week or few days. I have to admit that my energey level and motivation have never been the same as it was during my AB (but much better than my 2 times a day MB-life). Recently, I have indulged myself into MB again, like two times every day. I am feeling sick of myself, so I decided to cut back and AB. Seriously, I used to edge every day for almost 5 hours in a row until I gave up and MB! END. no edging no touching from now on..

have been feeling very grumpy and unmotivated lately. When I AB I usually get a good kick in terms of focus and energy but these days are a bit rough on me for some personal reasons. Have been tempted to MB to release the pressure and elevate my mode but resisted. But have been edging like crazy lately. I have been edging for so long today even. I decided to stop and post since I was very close to ejaculating.

From now on my rule is edging is like MB .. if I am AB the I should be AB from both. I will keep two counters from now on

I tries to keep my hands above the waistline today. Kept myself busy and spent most of my time outside. Started to feel better.

pretty proud of myself for the 2 days no edging or touching. in the last week or so I used ot edge all night. My machine just starts to feel relaxed after two days of rest. hope I can continue like that. It is really hard to keep your hands above the waistline!

Never put my hands down the waistline, but sometimes, actually every few days, I hump the bed for sometime but not to the level of edging. working in cutting this off.

overall doing good and dont feel the urge to MB or hand-edge!

funny thing is that I started to had less urge to MB or hump. I am started to maintain that. but def. have very negative image about using my hand to MB, which is very big good thing, eh?

I am starting today to impose a no-erotic movement against the bed rule. lets see how this will go.

in the last 17 days, I never touched my machine using my hand. I started to develop a very negative image towards doing that. Which is a good thing. In the last two weeks, every now and then I hump the bed, but only for a few seconds every now and then. I am working in eliminating this. Hopefully I will also develop a negative image towards humping. I am trying to develop a negative image towards me purposefully releasing myself by any mean. I still though have some erotic thoughts which caused me to get horny which is a good feeling. I will work in avoiding humping when I get horny and just enjoy the feeling of it.

nothing new to update. But I was feeling very low over the weekend for no good reason. One of those days. Have no motivation for anything. Trying to push myself. I was feeling very good on Friday then went low at the evening, and was crashed down on Saturday. Tried to revive my spirit on Sunday but to no avail. Yet another weekend not utilized. I hope I will gett soon out of this vicious circle. Hope the new week will be different. I came here to post so as to lift my spirit a little bit.

here goes nothing anyway. but 7 days no touch whatsoever is way good.. soo good! it will be like that forever. I am committed! Apart form the psychological low, I am doing great. I guess I need to start filling my life with more activities and use the extra kick I am getting form AB.
