Thanks all for the support. It just didn't happen as expected and I wake up after only 2 hours of sleep. My sleep schedule is very abnormal these days. I never get enough hour of sleep of that relaxing sleep. I guess that might be a reason.

I forgot to mention that I am horny. I mean very horny. I see every girl as pretty. I mean literally most girls look sexy in my eyes now. Even those that I would never look at on a normal day or those who would never turn me on , let alone grab my attention, but i still now find them sexy and attractive and they derive me crazy. Crazy as in I keep thinking about them and wan to go and see them again and of course fantasize about them. Can you imagine you fantasize about a girl or woman that in normal days would never even grab your attention....

Is this really bad??

last time when I was AB for 4 months last year, when I MB, I got an instant relieve. Amazing feeling. but I won't do that again. I know myself. I will not stop at a singel MB and I will do few more, as if I am binging on MB before AB again. NO NO NO..

Update: nothing new. not even a single sexual dream since a week or two. something at work is taking over all my attention (including my dreams). Should be done with it in a week or so. Hope that a sexy dream will come afterwards. Actually I just learnt that stress reduces testosterone. That makes sense now as I have been unders stress in the last 3 months and esp. the last 2-3 weeks. I added some articles in this post in the information section: Being under Stress blocks the effect of testosterone!

A thought: by the way, I plan to AB forever. if I get a WD in the middle then this will keep me more motivated to AB until the next one. However if I don't get a WD, I will still keep AB since I see the benefits of AB on my mind and health.

Question: Just out of curiosity, what was the longest wait time any one experienced before getting a WD in this forum? Put it another way, what is the longest AB period you have heard of with no WD during it (that is a period with no release whatsoever)?

Ok, I can not take it any longer. As the old saying goes, stupidity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. I have been AB for 300+ days with no physical stimulations (no edging, humping, etc) but with full-day mental stimulation. I don't watch hard-core born but I am constantly watching soft-core stuff: girls dancing, hot movie scene, images of girls that excite me, facebook albums of hot girls, and chasing girls in the street with creepy looks. This is just sick and it really drives me crazy as I excite myself with no outlet. It is a torture. i need to rewire my brain.

Here is my challenge: 30 Days of no mental stimulations with the 3 second rule enforced. RonaldRegard told me about this rule, it is so simple, no more than 3 second staring to hot girls in the street. I will try to do that and over time I can move to 0, that is if I see a hot girl, I won't check her (I know it is hard but now I will do 3 seconds). Also no youtube hot videos, no facebook album of hot girls, no steamy movie scenes, not even looking at girls on dating sites. I will take these 30 days as a cleansing period.

Lets see how it goes.

Thanks NF. trying my best. Yes indeed as you said. I am up and down in my eye-AB thingy, today was a bit C+. However, the good thing is that now I only extend the 3-second when I am really really interested in the girl not just for a every girl. I consider this as a win. And when I say interested, I mean interested as in approaching her not just being creepy. So again big mindset shift for me. Yesterday was a D- since I just creeped on two grils for the heck of it but that was a fluke really. Another good thing now is that when I extend beyond 3-seconds, I get a nice feeling of excitement and horniness. I guess our brain is hardwired to push out dopamine for rare events and novelty. It is all good now.

Great!! one WD after around 270 days! does it mean 270 days without any release. I am just curious to know till how long the balls and prostate can hold the sperm and semen (as they are continuously produced) without any release ,on an avg.

TryBest, yes in my mid 20s, I did a 311 AB streak. I got a WD after 270 days of no release at all.So yeah it can take up to 270 days. But I used to MB very heavy as in a couple a day before, so I might be a special case. This time, I have gone 310 days tell now with no release whatsoever (no SE, etc.). There are some hypothesis about what your body does with Semen and Sperms if you dont' release them. One says they might go with the Urine (I noticed my Urine sometimes is different but I can not tell really unless I examine it carefully and I don't have the tools for that), but some ppl here said they see Semen in their Urine when they AB.. Others (which I think is my case) say that your body absorbs the sperms and semens and break them into their constituents and recycle them into your body (they are very nutritious with protein and other stuff). So the bottom line is, don't worry, your body will figure it out

It happens again for the second time in my life that I AB for 311 days. Today I will complete 311 days of AB which matches my best record that I achieved in my mid 20s. I below it away on the 311th day back then but I am not going to stop my AB this time.

Tomorrow is another day. Tomorrow will be a new personal record!

That's the key! I am beginning to appreciate that more and more as I concentrate not on what AB takes away from me (a few moments of physcial pleasure) and what AB gives me: more energy (at least, most days), time to enjoy doing things I had been doing less of (like reading & other hobbies) cuz I'm not cruising the net for porn, and generally feeling better about myself.

I am glad to say that with all your encouragement and support. and with God's grace, I was able to beat my personal best record of AB. Today I have AB for 312 days, one day more than my previous best. This forum has been a great source of inspiration to me. Everyone here , regardless of whether we chatted, interacted with each other or not, has affected me in one way or another. Reading everyone's story helps me keep motivated and i hope I returned the favor sometimes. I feel we are like a big family trying to help each other, and feel happy when someone of us achieves one of his goals.

WOW almost 7 years!!! too bad he blew it off. Currently Maximus is doing great and leading the board. I think he is almost about to hit 2 years in like 2-3 months or so. Someone named RonaldRegan is close as well hahaha

And yes, you are right. I should focus now on a harder and more challenging goal than merely counting my AB days. The 3-second rule is a good one, I have been doing a bit bad lately on it. So I am trying to be more conscious of it now.

Talking to more girls and getting a relationship is at the top of my priorities now, so I need to work more on that. I am not a fast mover when I like a girl. Sometime I keep liking a girl for a few months before even starting to think about making a move. The problem is that I later discover that we are not a fit at all when I get to know more about the girl which is a wast of time and energy. I just find it awkward to start talking to someone I like (physically) and notice that we don't fit in terms of personality or as you said realize she is imperfect and far form the ideal image I have for her before. I guess I need to move over it. It is ok if we don't click after few dates... I will try to start with some girls that I don't see on daily basis so it become easy if we don't click as I might not see her again. That is easier for me. so dating websites will help.
