Day 8 whaaaaaat!? Yes, still going! I think I pretty much have myself under control. Been thinking about this a lot, but I have not done it…and I do not plan on it! So far, yesterday was my most difficult day of abs thus far on my summer journey. Today I am disinterested in anything that has to do with mbing, which is GREAT!!!! I hope it keeps going this way. I plan on documenting any milestones on the way. My plans as of now is to break the habit forever, it is an unpleasant habit and I do not like having any type of addiction. Woke up this morning with a raging erection, and all I could think about was . I started to edge and continued for a while, then went and took a shower.

I decided that my abs has to become more strict to be of any benefit to me. I have decided that there will be NO EDGING. I believe that the biggest problem in trying to get wet dreams is trying to get the body to forget any prior stimulation. I believe 3 months with no mbing will get me where I need to be to begin to be able to have wet dreams again. I would be very surprised if I had a wet dream before the 90 day period is up. After the 90 days, I think it will take another 9 months to get my body back like it was before I started mbing regularly. By that point I think that wet dreams will be more frequent, and I will not have to wait an outrageous number of days to get one.

I think the best thing I can do for myself is to forget I ever discovered how to mb and move on with my life. At 20 years of age, I am too old to still be playing with my penis. It is time to learn some self control and some patience.

A good day so far, can definitely feel the tension building. Went to the lavatory today and leaked about 2.5-3.0 mL of clear-seminal-fluid-like-liquid dripped out. Oh, the oddities of abstaining! Day 11, no big differences. I have noticed that my testicles hang lower and feel more full. I am not sure if there has been a slight increase in size or not, but they feel as if this is the case. My energy levels have almost doubled! I find myself outside a lot more taking walks and stuff.

I think the thing that makes abstaining more tolerable is knowing your body and knowing yourself. I know that because of my age, I am easily aroused and my body is doing absolutely everything it can to make sure I release the tension. I know that the tension can be released the easy way via masturbation, or a more productive way, by running, working, and other activities. I know from past abstinence attempts that YOU CANNOT ABSTAIN ALONE! You need to be social! Being with friends and family with make abstaining a hundred times easier and you will build better and healthier relationships with your friends and family. I know that if I feel too aroused to be alone without edging that I should just go for a walk. Abstaining doesn't have to be hard, but is definitely not easy. I think that it is as easy as you make it in most cases.

This time abstaining means more to me than wet dreams, it is the beginning of my life without an addiction that I do not need. There are many benefits to abstaining and I think it is best to use those benefits to the fullest. Knowing that abstaining doesn't just happen overnight, but is a day by day process has helped me through my unrealistic expectations of myself. One is never just chaste and thats it. It is an every day process.

Almost 2 weeks! I can't believe I'm still abstaining lol but this time I'm in to win! I have been very horny these days, but I'm still hanging in there! Lots of walks! Changes I have noticed after 2 weeks of abs: Phallus looks larger and erections are bigger, testicles look larger, and feel more full, my skin overall is bright and clear allover my body. I am super energetic and more sociable. I find it odd that my skin is so pristine. It generally looks healthy anyway, but as of late it looks luminous and clear.
