So, here I am. 3 weeks. Changes I have noticed: Luminous skin, increased energy, increased sociability, (for an already social person) increased motivation, and erections that can pop up at any second. No wet dreams yet, but I am not after the wet dreams, they are just a perk, I am on this journey to quit mbing forever. So far the journey is going great.
Interesting thing I read in an anatomy powerpoint: the semen of a healthy male produces contains the following cludes all of these elements: elements, vitamins, and minerals. I thought it was interesting to see how complicated such a seemingly simple product of my body is. IT'S FREAKING AWESOME!!!
ascorbic acid (vitamin C, for tissue maintenance)
blood-group antigens (from immune system)
calcium (mineral)
chlorine (oxidizing agent)
cholesterol (steroid alcohol present in body fluids)
choline (base, part of the vitamin B complex)

I have been away for months, and I had decided that I did not want to abstain over that time, but I have returned. AGAIN. This time I have totally different reasons for wanting to abs, I just do not like knowing that I "depend" on anything. I hope top post often, but this go should be different since my view is different.

Woke up at 07:22 after only 4 hour and 22 minutes of sleep to a kind of disturbing dream only to find out that I had just had the messiest nocturnal emission of my whole life. My last wet dream was 2011 July 17 at 08:53, so it has been about a year and a half since the last time I had a wet dream and this was a total shock mainly because I am not really making an effort at abstaining, its just happening and I am not really concerned with abstaining or wet dreams much, it is just kind of happening. In my sleep I was having a dream that was making me very uncomfortable, but I eventually felt myself beginning to ejaculate. It was especially weird because I am used to how wet dreams feel because I have had more than I can count since about 12, but this time it felt like I was wetting the bed. It felt like the emission was taking forever, and I woke up on my back and the sheets were soaked, the picture does not really show how messy it was, I remember thinking "where the hell did all that come from?" I sleep nude, so I was super gross when I woke up and it felt like there was semen everywhere. I was like wtf. It was super weird because 15 seconds after I woke up some idiot on the road was honking like insane and my roommate woke up, but thankfully he turned over and returned to sleeping fast. I cleaned up myself so I could go shower and then I removed the sheets to wash. Definitely the weirdest, wettest and messiest wet dream of my whole life, definitely will not forget that one.

Abstaining…It is not as difficult as it when I first started a little less than 2 years ago. I was surprised by the wet dream I had last month after a year and a half of no wet dreams. I wasn't even making a conscious effort to abstain, it just kind of happened. I am abstinent, but I'm not doing it for any reason. Not doing it for wet dreams, not for religious reasons, not really any point. I have been exercising more, working, studying, and have been very busy, and just haven't thought to masturbate. I do not notice a major difference in my day to day life.
Abstain? Do not Abstain?
Who cares? I do not. I am abstinent because its kind of just how things are now.
I used to want it to be this way, but things come with time. When you are younger your sex drive is doing overtime, and you should not torture yourself with something so silly. You just have to do what feels normal and comfortable to you. Being frustrated with abstinence is pointless, and if you can't live comfortably than you should maybe reconsider the decision.
A person's sexuality is not an ugly thing, but a beautiful thing, and all functions of the healthy body are perfectly natural, and beautiful. If you feel better not being abstinent, then stop being abstinent! If you, like me, see no difference when your abstinent in comparison to when you are not, then have at it. Either way you will be happy and healthy, and that is what matters most.

I have been away for months, and I had decided that I did not want to abstain over that time, but I have returned. AGAIN. This time I have totally different reasons for wanting to abs, I just do not like knowing that I "depend" on anything. I hope top post often, but this go should be different since my view is different.

Woke up at 07:22 after only 4 hour and 22 minutes of sleep to a kind of disturbing dream only to find out that I had just had the messiest nocturnal emission of my whole life. My last wet dream was 2011 July 17 at 08:53, so it has been about a year and a half since the last time I had a wet dream and this was a total shock mainly because I am not really making an effort at abstaining, its just happening and I am not really concerned with abstaining or wet dreams much, it is just kind of happening. In my sleep I was having a dream that was making me very uncomfortable, but I eventually felt myself beginning to ejaculate. It was especially weird because I am used to how wet dreams feel because I have had more than I can count since about 12, but this time it felt like I was wetting the bed. It felt like the emission was taking forever, and I woke up on my back and the sheets were soaked, the picture does not really show how messy it was, I remember thinking "where the hell did all that come from?" I sleep nude, so I was super gross when I woke up and it felt like there was semen everywhere. I was like wtf. It was super weird because 15 seconds after I woke up some idiot on the road was honking like insane and my roommate woke up, but thankfully he turned over and returned to sleeping fast. I cleaned up myself so I could go shower and then I removed the sheets to wash. Definitely the weirdest, wettest and messiest wet dream of my whole life, definitely will not forget that one.

Abstaining…It is not as difficult as it when I first started a little less than 2 years ago. I was surprised by the wet dream I had last month after a year and a half of no wet dreams. I wasn't even making a conscious effort to abstain, it just kind of happened. I am abstinent, but I'm not doing it for any reason. Not doing it for wet dreams, not for religious reasons, not really any point. I have been exercising more, working, studying, and have been very busy, and just haven't thought to masturbate. I do not notice a major difference in my day to day life.
Abstain? Do not Abstain?
Who cares? I do not. I am abstinent because its kind of just how things are now.
I used to want it to be this way, but things come with time. When you are younger your sex drive is doing overtime, and you should not torture yourself with something so silly. You just have to do what feels normal and comfortable to you. Being frustrated with abstinence is pointless, and if you can't live comfortably than you should maybe reconsider the decision.
A person's sexuality is not an ugly thing, but a beautiful thing, and all functions of the healthy body are perfectly natural, and beautiful. If you feel better not being abstinent, then stop being abstinent! If you, like me, see no difference when your abstinent in comparison to when you are not, then have at it. Either way you will be happy and healthy, and that is what matters most.
