Tuesday, November 1, Day 3, continued:

Monday, November 7, Day 9:
Slept badly again, no notable dreams. Didn't do any edging this morning as I felt like I wouldn't be able to sop in time. Tonight's Big Finish was sorta surprising. I think the fact that my Dom and I had a somewhat sketchy voice connection, which meant I had to struggle to hear Him at times and thus had difficulty immersing myself completely in our verbal lovemaking, was a contributing factor in my orgasm being slower to come (lol) and less intense than I expected as well. 1. I think not touching at all is mentally harder, but edging without cumming is physically harder, also that the initial days of edging were comparatively easy versus not touching, although towards the end things were more difficult with edging (though this experiment starting at a different phase of my menstrual cycle may have been a factor, too).
2. I reached the point where "pleasantly frustrated" horniness turned the corner into "just plain hurts" earlier this time, also pain was more frequent and much more severe with edging, though again whether this was due to the edging or to starting out at a different phase in my cycle or some other factor has yet to be determined.
3. I became more Dominant and agressive in my thinking during both challanges, so that seems to be pretty clearly related to lack of orgasm specifically, rather than to lack of touching (as in the first experiment) or edging/teasing without completion (as in the 2nd).
4. Both times, I began to go beyond mere distraction and enter a truly altered mindstate on Day 9.
5. Both times I got increasingly wet as each day went by, slightly more so this last time than when I did no-touch.
6. I had an increase in difficulty staying asleep with edging, as well as trouble falling asleep, while with no-touch I usually slept fairly well once I managed to fall asleep.
7. I seem to have more sexual dreams with edging. When I wasn't touching at all, I had 1 sexual dream, on Day 8, which was Day 7 of my menstrual cycle, wearing silk underwear, no physical edging, but I don't recall if I looked at porn or anything or not. The dream was about me being undressed in preperation for having sex. When I was edging, I had 4 sexual dreams, on Days 5, 7, 8 and 10. On Day 5 I slept naked, the night before I didn't do any physical edging or mental teasing (other than my normal fantasizing) for several hours before bed, and it was Day 13 of my cycle. This dream was about watching a hot guy in his underwear. On Day 7 I wore silk underwear, no physical edging but did look at/listen to porn just before bed, and it was Day 15 of my cycle. This dream was about, for lack of a better brief explanation, me being masturbated by an inanimate object. On Day 8 I wore silk underwear, no physical edging but did have a mental teasing session with my Dom, and it was Day 16 of my cycle. This dream was about me recieving oral sex, and was quite literally a wet dream, in that I woke up to a small wet spot on my bed, although it wasn't a wet dream in the sense that I didn't cum. On Day 10 I wore silk underwear (with a pad because I'd been so wet), had a physical edging and mental teasing session with my Dom just before bed, and it was Day 18 of my cyce. This dream was about me masturbating. So overall it seems the best combination of stimulation to encourage me to have sex dreams is physical stimulation during the day (but not too close to bedtime) along with mental stimulation just before bed. I also seem to sleep better when I don't edge right before bed, and I tend to have more sex dreams on nights I sleep well. I also noticed that as my 10 day edging period wore on, my sex dreams became increasingly less visually detailed.

I have something of a "tradition" of having an erotic dream on Thanksgiving night. First was in 2000, I think, don't recall all the details, but it involved me getting oral sex and it was a full-on orgasmic WD.

This is why it is a bad idea to go to bed without underwear without putting a towel on the bed. I did that last night and when I woke up this morning I had a spot on my sheet, like a yellowish stain although it was dry by then. Sorry I was gone so long, I still am not going to be able to check in here as often as I'd like, but will as much as I can. I haven't really done anymore AB challenges since my last 10 day 1 I talked about here. I think I'm about ready to try for 2 weeks though. Actually, I'd intended to make this whole month "No Jill-Off July", but I screwed that up last night.  My idea was that, going over the results of my previous experiments, it seemed I had more sex dreams with edging but more intense sex dreams during total AB. Day 3: Well, I didn't get into too much trouble last night on Youtube like I thought I would. At least not in a sexual way, but what I did wind up doing was listening to music all night. Another notable dream I had while I was away was basically nonsexual (except perhaps in a Freudian oral way) but still very arousing. Well as I have never experienced a wd, I would have counted that as one! Day 4: I did go to bed last night, but pretty late and had to be up early again this morning. Felt horny all morning anyway, though. Day 5: Last night I couldn't help humping my mattress a lil. Have you ever squirted when you've cum? I don't think I've ever really "properly" squirted, it's a lil difficult to tell cause I get very wet just from arousal, so it's hard to say what's from orgasm and what's from before. I have had times when I've definatly dribbled a few drops at orgasm though.
