Day 6: The Curse of the 5th Day got me AGAIN! UGH!!! I'm begining to feel like a broken record here. I thought I could handle a lil nipple play, but then as usual that lead to me thinking I could handle "just a little" clit rubbing. OK, starting over yet again today. This time I'm gonna try to really play it clean and have no touching or even porn. No PMO, as I've seen it called. I've actually taken all the porn off my pc, (no silly, I didn't get rid of it: it's on a flash drive) which I may regret in a few days, though by then I won't need it, my imagination will provide more than enough temptation! Which not only means I won't have the porn there to tempt me, but also I don't have to worry if my mom wants to borrow my pc (which I've offred to let her do, as hers is acting up again).
And before I get too far into this and the hormones start draining my brain, I think I'll make a list of helpful tips for myself (and anyone else who finds them helpful):
1. Remember your goals and reasons for ABing (in my case, more WDs and/or SEs, a better sense of self-control, and to enjoy the feelings that come with increased sexual energy).
2. When faced with temptation, think of how bad you'll feel afterwards if you give in, and also how proud you'll feel of yourself if you resist the temptation.
3. Put all erotic materials and sex toys out of sight.
4. Ask yourself "Can I REALLY not wait just 1 more day?"
5. Partner up with someone who's ABing too and promise yourself you'll contact them when temptation strikes and at least give them a chance to talk you down before you give in.
6. Make a game of how quickly you can get your shower done with (if you're really feeling desperate, the cold shower trick is an oldie but goodie).
7. Keep yourself as busy as possible, so you aren't tempted to MB just cause you're bored.
8. Try reading (something non-erotic, no Playboy (even if you do read it "just for the articles"!) or racy novels!) or listening to music before going to sleep instead of MB.
9. You can try reminding yourself how much better it will feel when you finally DO MB after so long, compared to a normal, MB everyday feeling, if that motivates you, but not if it just makes you wanna MB now more.
10. If you're prone to MBing for stress-relief, try an alternative like exericse or meditation.

Day 3: Already getting horny. So far I'm still sticking to my usual "U-shaped pattern" of arousal (wake up with a serious case of morning wood chip, which eases somewhat thru the afternoon, only to crank back up again in the evening. I know when I start having a lot of temptation in the afternoon too that it's really getting serious. Day 4: I made it thru my shower this morning without even being tempted too much. A combo of being pressed for time and keeping the water cooler than I normally like. So I rolled onto my side and noticed the phone was fairly stimulating in that position, my clit throbbed continuosly, so I lay there and did 100 kegels to try to initiate orgasmic contractions. Day 6: I think I'm starting to feel the emotional effects of AB more this time. Like last night I was crying and didn't really know why and I just felt really tense and streesed-out generally. Yes, the horny seizure is an interesting thing. I kinda enjoy them, in a masochistic sort of way. Day 4: A sexy dream last night, just 1 though.
