I sleep better and I have more ejaculate when I'm eating better and exercising, so I'd say yeah. If you sleep better, you can probably stay in dream state better, and I know testosterone levels increase when exercising, so you might be more horny (i.e., prone to sexual dreams and wet dreams). So, yeah.

Day 1 into the no MB November challenge...Day 12 without MB. If I make the whole month, I will be at 41 days, my longest attempt since joining this site and one of the longest in my life.

I hope my body begins to adjust w/o MB .... I really want my 1st wd in years.

Still in the hunt and surviving the November challenge. Looking forward to the Thanksgiving break already but hey, it is a trip to Miami Beach and New England is wicked cold already.

For those who read this blog, I teach chemistry and physics at a private secondary school in Northern New England, and coach ice hockey and lacrosse. Never been married and likely never will but I am committed to my students and players. I have always wanted to quit MB but always failed badly. I am lucky to have known her and she provided me a great home, education, a best friend in my brother, a fantastic stepfather and a half brother who I really am growing closer to as he matures into a man.

Thanks, Seqiro. Still in the game and hoping for a soggy dream at some point. My dreams...which I rarely remember...have been really strange of late. Nothing overtly sexual.

An annoying development is that my bathroom and shower are being remodeled and have taken longer than I was told. I am forced to use an adjacent student shower room. So far, have avoided the boys as I arise pretty early but post workouts may ultimately result in an uncomfortable situation. Because I have been ABing, I have been having a bunch more erections and don't need a student seeing me in my glory...open shower rooms suck.
