I am new here.

Welcome, and congrats on 3 days' abs! You're doing everything right. I likewise feel better after several miles of exercising, and also the longer I abs. If I MB I just feel so "blah" and lacking energy, that it's just not worth it for a few brief seconds of excitement. Hang in there, and be extra careful on days 7, 9, and 11. That's where I sometimes fail. By day 12 it gets easier overall in my experience.

Ok, day 5 is here. Last day I bit overdone it with mastarbation and hurt my foreskin a bit. A good reason to avoid masturbation for at least day or two. Day 7 is here. I slept quite well last night. I woke up only once. I feel my balls and prostate permanently, but the muscles on legs are probably worse (that doesn't mean that my legs hurts much). Day 21 (26):
End of first-half of 40-day challenge. I slept pretty well. In the morning I felt blue, listened to Free Willy Soundtrack by Basil Poledouris (so beautiful piece of music), even some tears. I use to have this mood sometimes, but it is unusual during abstaining. Now you don't have to send me supportive comments since there are people who need it more. If I get some blues again, I can find some tissues to fix it.

I had a very unpleasant argue with my mother today. I felt really bad because of it. Now it is better, but I still don't feel very well. It kicked down my horniness to level -1.
