Well, I'm glad to be on Day 2 finally.....especially since the last few days I've been breaking my AB on Day 1 itself...The day was really good..had classes...so that kept me busy...The key to successful AB'ing simply put is "Keep Busy"...that way there's no time to think about temptations....

Day 3 passed really quick because I was busy....Had loads of erections at night. Day 4 passed equally quick as well....I need all the energy I can get through AB'ing....When I'm AB'ing, I can focus better and I make sure the important stuff gets done...So AB'ing has been serving me well...

Day 4
Last night was crazy. I was up for quite a bit listening to music, dwelling on thoughts, etc. Then all of a sudden these erotic thoughts started racing through my mind making me incredibly horny. It was contractions galore. Contraction after contraction, erection after erection..I thought it wouldn't end. I've noticed that if I just let the contractions come without any interference of my PC muscle, then they automatically get less as the 'peak' approaches. Well, I'm glad to be on Day 2 finally.....especially since the last few days I've been breaking my AB on Day 1 itself...The day was really good..had classes...so that kept me busy...The key to successful AB'ing simply put is "Keep Busy"...that way there's no time to think about temptations....
I was really tired at bed time so I slept well..I had a series of erections before falling asleep....I awoke to a number of erections again...

Day 4
Last night was crazy. I was up for quite a bit listening to music, dwelling on thoughts, etc. Then all of a sudden these erotic thoughts started racing through my mind making me incredibly horny. It was contractions galore. Contraction after contraction, erection after erection..I thought it wouldn't end.
