I didn't wake up horny in the morning. The rest of the day was pretty good. I had loads of fun hanging out in the chat room!! Didn't exercise as I didn't feel upto it.

The first few hours of getting into bed were alright. I was just drifting off to sleep when a wave of erotic thoughts surged my mind....and the horniness began...lol. However, I'm glad I got through. Woke up real early this morning..

Hey maktub,

You're going great despite the erotic thoughts. I may be wrong, but I can see a patern here. After a bigger then usual AB interval, when the person is not really thinking about sex, then MB, the second AB interval becomes full of erotic thoghts. Then after the MB the cycle starts again.

When you have erotic thoughts, you can try slowering your breath and focusing on other things. Actually this is the basis of meditation, since thoughts seam to have the rythm of the breath.

Your explanation on the 'pattern' is very insightful. There are some days when the horniness is in control and tamed and on other days it's raging...

I totally agree with your theory of slowing one's breath when aroused...I tried it this morning but I want to practice it more...Staying calm in moments of sexual frustration is essential!!!

Day 5 going on...

Woke up in the morning with really strong erections...Got myself some yummy breakfast and hung around on chat for a while...

Later on that day I was even more horny because of that girl I mentioned in my last post...

Day 6

The day was busy but good overall...I was quite horny towards early noon..but it went away as time passed.

Shower time for me was a bit tricky. Since I'm uncut, it takes longer washing as the foreskin needs to be slipped down...As I slipped down, I got an erection that just wouldn't go away!! So I had to wash while I was hard which was 'very' arousing...I waited for the erection to subside and things got easier!!!

Hey maktub,

You can try having very cold showers. I know it's not very pleasureable, but you definatelly wont be able to think of MB. Also they work very well during warm summers for resisting the heat.

Log Entry # 24 & 25
Date - 24th, 25th July 2011
Day 11 & 12

Day 11 was good. My horniness levels were quite low. Day 12 had more action so as to speak. I had a WD somewhere early morn on Day 12...it wasn't very pleasurable but it was still pretty good.
