You said in earlier entries that tv was a source of your urges. I think you were pushed to the point where you were full and the right sexual arousal combined perfectly to create that outcome. I don't think this warrants resetting the AB counter. It's really starting to occur to me that exercising and AB is the be all, end all way of obtaining fast results. I don't really exercise and I would like to. I think today I'm going to start doing 30 minutes of cardio and note any changes over the days. If I do I have a feeling I'm going to have to endure the frustration you went through on day 7 hehe.

Date - 4th July 2011
Day 9

I awoke really early to erections I enjoyed immensely..they were very satisfying. After a while they went away and I slept for another 3 hours.

The rest of the morning was ok till I decided to watch some telly. As I was watching this tv show called 'White Collar'(Everyone's been asking me what was it that I was watching), a sexual thought fluttered through my mind and the next thing.....BOOM I had my first Spontaneous Ejaculation since joining this forum. As WD-40 said, all the sexual tension was building up all these days to finally create the outcome I had. There was no touching whatsoever...Abstaining all these days and building so much sexual energy really made my member extra sensitive to the slightest arousal...Contact with the inside of my shorts was all it needed to blow.

Where feeling's concerned, the 'SE' was more relieving than pleasurable. I didn't feel empty like the way one usually feels after MB'ing.

The SE helped make things easier for a while. I wasn't horny but I could still get turned out if I indulged in any 'naughty' thoughts.

I exercised for 30 mins in the evening and I felt really good after.

The night was a bit challenging. I had a series of erections prior to falling asleep. The SE didn't provide the pleasure enough and my mind and body wanted more pleasure. In the past the pleasure would be had through an MB session, however that's not an option now so my mind was trying to achieve sexual gratification from another source. I remember feeling tempted to look at porn...I didn't cos this would make me too over-excited and make me lose focus on my AB'ing. I had read somewhere in the forum of using your penile muscles(PC muscle) for stronger and tighter erections. So I decided to try that a little. I squeezed and relaxed the muscle which did make my erections tighter thereby adding to the 'pleasure quotient'
I did this for a couple of mins enjoying the sensations and desperately trying to lap up whatever pleasure I could from such a hands-free activity...Then I started to squeeze and relax rapidly which made my member throb with pleasure as it bobbed up and down in my shorts. I could feel myself climbing the ladder to the 'point of no return'....However, I didn't want to go there. So I relaxed the muscle and immediately my erection dropped and I found myself out of breath...I must've fallen asleep soon after....

As long as you didn't stimulate yourself by any physical means, then I would assume there's no reason to reset the AB counter. I'm shocked that you had two SE's that close together. I can't even imagine the levels of sensitivity that would cause this turn out.

I think it was the squeezing and contracting of my PC muscle that caused it the 2nd time...I think I'll have to reset the AB counter...Although there was no touching whatsoever, the erections were in contact with the inside of my shorts

Were you experiencing some sort of physical pleasure w/these, or you just like having them or what? If so, do you always feel that way, or was there something different this time that made them satisfying to you?

And when you describe doing the kegels, it sounded pretty pleasurable, too! I've done them before, but they never brought me close to the tipping point or anything. I wonder if it was bec your tanks are really "full" right now, so everything is extra sensitive. I also wonder though if part of it is bec you are intact (not circumcised), and so your penis head, etc. is still really sensitive. I wonder if getting boners like that feels different, bec maybe there is more tension on some part or other. Anyway, I think you are lucky to still have all of your parts down there, haha. Thanx for taking the time to read my log. I love sharing my experiences with this awesome community. When I referred to my erections as satisfying, I meant it. The key is in abstaining. I remember waking up during Day 9 with such pleasurable erections. At that moment, the pleasure I was experiencing was even higher than the usual 'ejaculatory orgasm'. When I'm not abstaining, the erections don't feel that great.....In fact sometimes they're not pleasurable at all. I find my erections feel the best when my 'tanks are full'. I hope this answers your first question.

Kegels become risky for me if I have my shorts on..As I'm doing them, my erections bob up and down and rub against the inside of my shorts....and since I was abstaining, the arousal made me blow.
About me being intact...Well, in the past when I used to MB, I used to sometimes pull down the foreskin. So my penis head is not 'that' sensitive...In fact in the past I've noticed that I used to 'ej' sooner with my foreskin restored than when it's pulled down. With the foreskin up, it makes it harder to control as the sensations are 'overwhelming'.

Alright, I've done a lot of thinking and I have finally decided to re-set my AB counter. Many members told me that you don't have to re-set unless there's been manual stimulation ultimately causing 'ej'. Yesterday, although there was no touching I made myself ejaculate through the squeezing and releasing of my Pubococcygeus muscle....Working the muscle made my erections tighter and caused my member to bob vigorously in my shorts. As it did so, it rubbed against the inner material of my shorts and caused me to explode. Now I could've stopped this..I could tell that by squeezing one more time, I would end up blowing...Thus, I classify the act as an 'intentional hands-free ejaculation'....Around here, MB is defined as using your hands as a means of assisting yourself to ejaculation/orgasm..so according to the definition I didn't masturbate as I didn't use my hands....However, the 'Kegels' were not for health benefits but solely for pleasure purposes and hence I have decided to re-set my counter to Day 1(Yesterday was Day 0)

Before I begin my next and current cycle of AB'ing, I would like to share my highlights of these last 10 days and set some 'working ground-rules' for the future.....

Highlights

1. My Wet Dream on Day 4...It was simply amazing.

2. My Spontaneous Ejaculation on Day 9. I consider this as a 'classic SE' because a single erection triggered my 'spilling'. There were no Kegel's involved whatsoever.

3. My pleasure filled erections throughout the 10 day period. The hard-ons felt amazing.

Ground-rules

1. No viewing of sexually stimulating material(Softcore/Hardcore)

2. No excessive indulgences in sexual fantasies and sexual thoughts(This seemed to be my fav during the last 10 days)

3. No Kegel's.

Well, I'm not starting my new cycle of AB'ing empty handed..I'm starting more wiser and with a bit of experience. I'm aware that some days are very easy and the others are unbearable...I guess I'm better equipped at handling those tough days now that I'm starting again...This is a golden opportunity and I'm going to make the best of it. Hey Mak. No need for apologies here. I've received a lot of support throughout my AB and I appreciate that sincerely. You also had a very impressive run for the ten days you've soldiered through. Regarding kegels; I regularly do kegels for the purpose of maintaining multiple O for when I was still MBing. Kegels are awesome because you can strengthen the pc muscle and I was using it to clench down my urethra to prevent ejaculate from coming out. This allowed me to have strong multiple O's. If you're not sensitive enough, I would actually recommend that you practice kegels so when the time comes that you might SE again, you can use your developed pc muscle to prevent any accidents. Clenching and also bending your stomach foward simultaneously works wonderfully.

The day was alright. I wasn't horny at all through morn and noon. I didn't exercise as I wasn't in the mood. Will do so today though. Watched a movie with the family which helped lighten my mood.
