OK...I didn't post yesterday as I was crazy busy, but the night before last I had a wet dream.

I do not remember any of the dream. I remember feeling like I was ejaculating in the dream but woke up and didn't feel like it had really happened. I drifted off but when I woke up again a few minutes later, I could feel a slow leak. I reached down and sure enough my boxers were drenched. This is my FIRST WD while abstaining this time....as you have probably read this attempt at AB has caused more SE releases than anything.

Perhaps I have turned a corner. Perhaps I will not proceed down the WD path rather than consistent SEs. Ya think?

Haven't posted in a few days but all is well. I am almost to week 6.

Sunday I got a little close to ejac while chatting with one of the guys from the forum. Apparently my body even thought I did because my heart raced for a while and I almost immediately went soft. I had blue balls for a couple of hours. Later when I went to urinate a HUGE CLOT of clear gel like substance came out. It completely stopped the flow of urine temporarily and then once it came out the urine continued. Weird.

Haven't been super horny but have felt very "masculine". --Even let my chest hair and pit hair grow out since I started abing. (Strange...I know).

Just looked back through your log. Congratulations on August wd. I can understand concern on SE's... in my experience body can get into routine where it chooses to have SE's and then there are no or fewer wd's.... so I am avoiding SE's for my current abstain.

Glad to see you are letting hair grow out. I would be embarassed if I had shaved pubes I have gotten more chest hair the past few months while abstain (I am 49 so kind of a surprise!) but an area that was formerly bare is now starting to grow some hair! Unsure if it is coincidence with abstaining or what... but it is what I am observing.

Hope you get some more WD's that you can remember!

Woke up in the middle of the night. Super hard.

Went to the restroom. When I finished I looked in the stool and it was a cloudy milky looking urine. Upon further investigating I saw little tid bits of sperm in there.

I am wondering if I was on the verge of a WD when I awakened and then ended up letting it all out when I wet to the restroom.

Feeling pretty easily excited today so I will have to be careful today as today marks my 6th week since last intentional release.

Less than 5 minutes after I posted this I went to the restroom to go number 2. As soon as I finished I felt that familiar tingling and my heart rate increased. I had one small spasm and a few drops release. When I urinated after that I again had small tid bits of semen floating. I just noticed I am continuing to "leak" a little bit in my boxers now. It is extremely thick and tacky...

Yeah, I know for me in the past that it usually took me around 45 days of abastaining to get a WD, so to see that it took you abt 1.5 - 2 months to get your first legit WD isn't surprising, especially bec you have had so many SEs along the way. But yeah, since your body seems to be figuring out how to WD again, hopefully they will get stronger/more pleasurable now, with fewer SEs in-between. You deserve it, man.

In fact, I was talking w/a friend the other night abt abstaining and WDs and he said that the longest e's gone w/out MBing was 2.5 mos. last spring. He is in his early 20s and I asked him if he had any WDs during that time and he said he had one. I didn't ask when he had it, but I'd guess it was around the same time period as yours and mine. So, if that's true for at least one healthy 21 year old, then a guy in his late 20s shouldn't feel too bad.

I actually had my first WD at almost exactly 1 month. This was actually the second (I am thankful for my log. I actually had to go back and review it to confirm that this was my second.) I am hoping to get into a WD trend; however the post I am about to post concerns me a little....please read next post.

Today was unlike any other normal day as far as "excitement" goes. I went to work came home nothing spectacular; however when I got home I had to use the restroom (#2). I have had this feeling several times before I use the restroom that I might SE; however it usually subsides with using the restroom #1 first and then going #2.

The past two times I have SE'd after using the restroom #2 I have purposefully note emptied my bladder first and both times resulted in an SE. I know very little about anatomy, but I am thinking maybe the bladder being full puts additional pressure on the prostate so the bowel movement causes a release. I have had the "feeling" I might SE several times and emptied my bladder first and nothing has happened.

This being said, I think I MAY have found a way to avoid SE's (at least the ones associated with using the restroom). I will continue to test this theory periodically but so far the SE's I have encountered have been on times I have not emptied my bladder first. Anyone else with similar experiences?

Now about the SE, it didn't feel like much in fact only one little drop was leaked out; however when I urinated after finished using the restroom the water/uwrine was EXTREMELY milky. In fact, the first little bit had almost a white color to it so there was definitely some additional fluid mixed in. Nice to get some pressure off....but I guess it's only been like a week since my WD. Must be producing a lot still.

This weekend was rough as far as the urge to MB...but I seem to be good now. More to come later....

Had a release 2 nights ago. Not really sure what to call it. I woke up about 5 times in the night feeling like I needed to urinate so I got up and went to the restroom. When I would go lots of stringy pre-cum like fluid would come out before I used the restroom. I went back to bed and woke for about the 6th time super hard and needing to use the restroom. I rolled over to go back to bed and as I did I felt myself start to reach the point of no return. Not very much fluid came out and it was not very pleasureful. The smell was not typical semen smell so I guess I was about to have a WD and awoke prior to it actually happening. I guess the movement of me rolling to my stomach and the matress pressure finished me off. (no matress humping was involved)....although I was somewhat awake.

Yesterday I had a leak after using the restroom #2 (already!!!!!) Then again today as I finished using the restroom a couple of whiteish milky fluid leaked into the stool.

Had a wet dream this morning about an hour before I was supposed to wake up for work. It was actually very weird. I do not remember dreaming at all but I woke as I felt the first contraction. I felt myself leak the first 2 contractions. I then had about 10-15 more contractions with NO more leakage.

When I got up to change my underwear I had a spot about the size of a quarter. There was barely any ejaculation that took place (which is a big difference from my norm. I usually SOAK the bed....)

I have not posts on here for a while. Still going strong with AB.

I have actually had 2 releases since I posted last.

One might actually be considered mental MB last Thursday. Was just thinking about how good it would feel etc and I released. I did not count this as MB and reset counter because I didn't actually MB physically. Some could argue...but based on the following it obviously was not a full restart.

Last night I woke up mid ejaculation. Had about 6 spurts and it stopped shortly after I woke up.
This was inly 4 days after my last release.

No memories of dreams. Im sorry this is not a super interesting or detailed pos. It is mostly for my journaling / tracking purposes.
