I can't really recall which direction I was pointing; however typically I point downward. I think that is a result of briefs and boners...I would always try to hide it and now it naturally bends down. Pointing it up is not uncomfortable so ocassionally I point it up and the bed mattress causes ejaculation with just a couple of presses down.

Hello everyone. Sorry it has been a while since I last posted. All is going well and I am still on the AB wagon train. If I am counting correctly I am halfway through day 13. I anticipate something will happen soon. I felt like I might SE last night after using the restroom but I did not.

This is actually an extended period for what I am used to with no release but Im just glad I am still going. I haven't had much desire or temptation to MB. Well, I have good news and bad news.

The good news is, I got some pressure release. The bad news is, it was not the preferred way.

I just finished using the restroom. I started feeling the tingling sensation and my pecker started to jump a few times. I started taking a few deep breaths to try to avoid but sure enough I spurted a couple of shots into the stool. I am confident it was not a full release by any means. Just a couple of small shots.

Today has been a pretty average day until I was leaving work.

I woke up around 5:00am heart racing. I cannot remember the exact dream I was having. As I lay there trying to go back to sleep my heart rate would increase and then slow and then increase again. This happened several times. I was actually laying there (somewhat corherent) thinking how weird it was that my body was doing that. It's clear that our bodies know what to do to get the job done...

Well, it finally happened.

Ever since I had my first SE I have been concerned about that might happen if this happened in public. Today at work I went to use the restroom. I felt the "tingling burning" after using the stool but very little if any leakage took place.

I went back to my office and sat down then got up and walked to a brief meeting. As I was coming back to my office from the meeting I felt that my boxers were wet. I went to my office (not sure what to do)...I after to checking to make sure nothing was visible on my shorts, I quickly headed for the restroom. I urinated -- my heart again was racing.

I am not sure what happened or when the leak took place. I never felt physical contractions just suddenly felt a wet spot. It was definitely thick and sticky.

The weird thing to me in all of this is that I just had a WD earlier in the week. How am I already overflowing again? Thoughts? Advice? Input please?

Based on my experience everything is fine. In my experience I get leakage several times a week while abstaining. Usually while using the restroom but I have also had instances where I noticed there was leakage like 15 minutes later. In my experience amount would never be a problem (unless your shorts have been washed so many times that fabric has thined out to near nothing!)

When I start to abstain the leakage starts occuring within the first week. I don't recall how long it takes after a wd but I am sure within a few days. I have been working on abstaining for 100 days...i have mb'd 4 times along the way... for all 4 of the mb's I had semen leaking out within 24 hours. One time it occurred just 12 hours later. For me at least it just seems that glands or completely full after abstaining a while and one ejac is not enough to completly deplete everything so things are overflowing again within a day.

I've experienced this myself. I think that part of the 'WD process' may be a rapid re-buildup of semen volume afterwards. We know that the positive feelings and even increase in horniness after a WD is the opposite of what happens after MB, so there's good reason to think that the body knows the difference and reacts differently. What could be more natural after a natural emptying than a quick refill?

Had a partially awake SE again in the early morning hours. VERY similar to my last experience. Woke up heart racing. This continued to go away and come back several times. I started doing Kegels since I was wide awake. As I was my heart started racing and I started having little fast pulsing/contractions. Finally I stopped and was just laying there trying to go back to sleep.

My heart started racing and BOOM. I didn't release very much at all compared to my normal. In fact I would guess it was about half. It was not very exciting/pleasureful at all. I did get up to clean up and there was absolutely no "semen" smell. Didn't take time to check the consistency but my sheets and underwear were both extremely stiff this morning.
