Even though we're mid February I've decided to just go for it once more. I often find myself looking for round dates/times to start like the beginning of a year/month/week but that just drags the whole thing out.
At times I've found the forum makes it harder to abstain because any time I'm on the forum I've been thinking about MB and WD but this time it seems different. I think the accountability and support I get from the forum will help me out. This being day two it shouldn't be a problem, I can go two days by accident when I'm busy but when I get to about five days I really start to notice the battle.

Good luck in your attempt. I actually find reading and posting on the forum helps take my mind off the urges. Chat was a big help for me until it was removed, but I've made contact with some friends via MSN/WLM and now chat there sometimes for hours which helps me pass the time. My battle usually starts at day 3, all I can say is it sucks!

Haha! More than half way through 2011 and I'm still struggling. For the first time in months I'm almost at two weeks. For some reason it's been really easy this time. I hope it stays that way, I don't want to be back on in a couple of weeks saying I'm back to day one. I should be due a WD in the next few days, I always have one within three weeks of stopping MB, often at two weeks.

Man last night was so tough and it was all my fault. For the first time in two weeks I edged before I went to sleep. When I do that I can guarantee I'll wake up during the night with a raging boner. I woke up about six times and edged every time making it so difficult to get back to sleep. Now I'm awake and could blow my load with just a few strokes. My mind keeps telling me I should so the day would just be easier but only the thought of going back to day 0 stops me. I would hate to have to start again.

Cheers Callum, this forum is amazing for support.
I made it through day 12 successfully. Instead of sitting around trying not to think of MB I got on with the things I needed to do throughout the day. I went for a hike in the afternoon too and got soaked in mud but it was good exercise and a laugh.
Keeping busy today helped, got a busy day planned for tomorrow so shouldn't be any issues there. Take it easy dudes, will be back if there's anything to report.

Wow, it took me almost seven weeks to get back to day 12. That's really lame. But I'm back to that point and I'm determined to go forward. Wow! It's been a while since I've been on here. I haven't had a WD in over a year now and I really want to experience one (or more!). I find them more fulfilling than MB. I'd really like to quit MB but I've been doing it for about 11 years now and had no luck. There are numerous posts with my attempts. I used to be able to make it to a couple of weeks no problem but now I can barely make a couple of days. My will power regarding MB is practically nil now. I really need to build it back up.

Haha! More than half way through 2011 and I'm still struggling. For the first time in months I'm almost at two weeks. For some reason it's been really easy this time. I hope it stays that way, I don't want to be back on in a couple of weeks saying I'm back to day one. I should be due a WD in the next few days, I always have one within three weeks of stopping MB, often at two weeks.

Man last night was so tough and it was all my fault. For the first time in two weeks I edged before I went to sleep. When I do that I can guarantee I'll wake up during the night with a raging boner. I woke up about six times and edged every time making it so difficult to get back to sleep. Now I'm awake and could blow my load with just a few strokes. My mind keeps telling me I should so the day would just be easier but only the thought of going back to day 0 stops me. I would hate to have to start again.

Currently on day 12 and it woould be going amazing if I hadn't given in to some edging. I'm just making it more difficult for myself. Edging also makes the WD take longer to arrive so it just has nothing going for it. I either masturbate or I don't. End of, no middle ground.

Cheers Callum, this forum is amazing for support.
I made it through day 12 successfully. Instead of sitting around trying not to think of MB I got on with the things I needed to do throughout the day. I went for a hike in the afternoon too and got soaked in mud but it was good exercise and a laugh.
Keeping busy today helped, got a busy day planned for tomorrow so shouldn't be any issues there. Take it easy dudes, will be back if there's anything to report.

Wow, it took me almost seven weeks to get back to day 12. That's really lame. But I'm back to that point and I'm determined to go forward. I've had a couple of 'dry' wet dreams during this time, both involved an intense orgasm in the dream but when I woke up I was dry. Strange, that hasn't happened much before. Anyways, it's been plain sailling for the last couple of weeks up until this point because I've been so busy. I aim to keep busy so I don't fail once again.

Wow! It's been a while since I've been on here. I haven't had a WD in over a year now and I really want to experience one (or more!). I find them more fulfilling than MB. I'd really like to quit MB but I've been doing it for about 11 years now and had no luck. There are numerous posts with my attempts. I used to be able to make it to a couple of weeks no problem but now I can barely make a couple of days. My will power regarding MB is practically nil now. I really need to build it back up.
