I get a phone call from a friend I left a message with like 4 days ago saying he wants to play paintball with me and his mom would drive us to the paintball park. Score big time. I get to play with one of my best friends and we get a ride to the park. I'm really happy cause me and my friend used to hang out together all the time since I was in 8th grade. My friend was in 7th grade and is almost a year younger than me. but when I reached 10th grade I had to switch to a new school so we really haven't had much contact since school started in September of 2010 mainly because he lives like 12 miles in the opposite direction. So anyways, his mom (who is really cool) picks me up at my house and we go to lunch and hang out for a bit and then we head for the paintball park which is about a 45 mile drive from my house. His mom drops us off and we play paintball all day. We had so much fun today and we were soaking wet and covered with dirt and mud from head to toe from all the rain we had yesterday. Well we wait for his mom to pick us up and we sit and talk about usual guys things for a bit and his mom shows up not in the piece of junk car she brought us in, but a near new Cadillac Escalade. Well neither of a us brought a change of clothes so me and my friend have to strip to our boxers in the parking lot and sit on plastic trash bags all the way back home to keep the truck clean. FAIL!!  Sorry guys just too many temptations the last 3 days while staying at my friends house while my mom is out of town and ive pretty much failed 3 days in a row. Day 1 went relatively well. Woke up horny, was horny all day at school, came home and was horny. I was about a 4/10 on the horny scale overall. went and played paintball today but blew the solenoid out on my gun so the day was cut short, so we stopped off at the swap meet and walked around all afternoon. I'm fucking pissed. I was so miserable last night. i tried and tried, but I had the shakes real bad again last night. I tried to find someone to chat with to keep my mind off, but couldn't get any one to chat with me last night. I held off until around 3:45 am and j/o. It wasn't even good. The only good news is I fell asleep within 5 min of j/o.
So I just wasted another 6 days of AB for nothing. At this point I'm not even sure i'm gonna try to AB again cuz I don't think I can make it without help. it seems to be the consensus with those i have talked to that i'm addicted to jacking off and i'm going through withdrawals and that's why i'm getting the shakes. I didn't know that was possible. Anyone have any info on that?

You're probably correct in your assumption that your 'shakes' are stemming from a lack of masturbation.
Masturbation/ejaculation releases a veritable pot-pourri of 'feel good' chemicals in the brain, and is similar to a drug how a drug operates in this respect.
Deny yourself of this chemical high, and well, you're going to feel the effects manifesting in some fashion or other.
My only advice is to rough it out no matter the cost. Breaking the vicious cycle will not be easy, but if you are truly determined to crush your addiction you have to give it your all.
It's going to be rough at times but eventually the worst will pass... I have been in a situation that parallels your own and I feel I have emerged victorious hah. Make abstaining your b**** and prove to yourself that you can do it.

Hey dude sorry to hear about your relapse the thing is you cant always rely on sombody its not healthy staying up late just to not jack off im on day 30 now it was hard there was late nights but u gotta hold on even if its by yourself my only advice is too keep at it and stay strong   try not to stay up late try tiring yourself out everyday if u stay up late your most likely gonna jack off if u cant sleep good luck wish you the best dude

Hey Zac, you have done great in posting your log as I have read all your posts and those posts on your log from your friends/supporters. Suppport is good with friends no matter who and where they are at, but I have found to AB is to keep my mind on other things, lay off the porn, and use your time with studies, hobbies and working out. Don't beat yourself up when you fail, just start over again. If it wasn't for everyone here supporting me I don't think I would have made it past 3 days the first time I tried AB, and to the guys who chat with me late at night so I don't j/o especially Jaguar my buddy from Australia who has chatted with me for hours and had saved me probably a half dozen times over that last few weeks. I was extremely horny this morning in the shower and continued thru the day. Got out of school and stopped and ate at TacoBell just in case my mom forgot to bring food home again today. Thx Sovr'gn, I will. Well I tried a different approach this time. I was still wide awake at 4am and I normally get up for school at 6:20am so I decided to just stay up. Horny level has been down a bit but I still cant sleep. School was ok and I had no more boners than normal. By the time I was heading home iwas starting to get tired.
