I dont know if it was me who asked for a picture of the sheets but I do think I asked if you were sleeping on your stomach, and so your picture says you must have been.

you just have to stay away from mb, i find that drinking lots of water helps. stay positive and patient, you will definitely get one!

i think that's a personal thing. if you can watch porn without mbing there's no problem, i do it occasionally but it might make it harder to abstain

It seems to me that in some of your previous posts you referred to getting aroused by fantasizing about things like re-enacting what happened in previous WD's or even occasionally watching porn, to help induce a WD. The main thing is to be able to do this with no thought or desire to MB, which can be difficult for someone addicted to MB and trying to quit. But if you can do that after having kicked the MB habit, it seems like it might help get more WD's.

What do you, briefs guy, think about this?

well, i dont know how easy it would be but it helps me to watch porn, etc. before going to bed, although it has led to some problems (one time i spontaneously let all of my cum out without orgasm while watching porn) but it might be worth trying, esp. if you are confident you can abstain

Do you actually remember the dreams when you do this? i find that i simply wake up to a mess. Proper and frequent dreams where u are wake at the point of ejac - i get these when keeping mind clean and not watching anything like that. Kind of like my mind will start using imagination if i dont get stimulus from outside world
