The Termination of Masturbation.....forever.

Gentlemen..(and Ladies?)

As you may have seen, I have currently involved myself in a number of 'challenges'. However, it has now become apparent to me that I plan to totally quit MB...annhilate it altogether.

Some - yes, even some right here on this very WD Forum who eagerly desire a WD - may ask, "Why, on Earth, does he want to do such a thing?"

I ask them, why on Earth do they not desire to fully quit MB? I ask them to remember the time of purity and innocence, when they did not even MB (However, it has become apparent that a number of gentlemen discovered MB very early! [Refer to appropriate forums] ).

I have indeed had a number of WDs - those were many years ago, when I did not MB. And my, were they excellent!

One may ask - why, on Earth, did I, the young gentleman, succumb to the enemy that is called MB?

This will all be revealed shortly - but it was mainly due to my limited self-consciousness at the time and lack of control of restrainment.

At this present moment, due to time constraints, this will only be an introduction at first. However, as time goes on I will begin to add posts - about my time before MB and leading up to my first MB session and thus, the time thereafter up until the present.

I will also write on my present experiences, not merely concerning WDs, but also MB issues and general sexuality and abstinence and daily life.

I am assured that this journal will aid me in my literal life-long journey. I will also be interested to engage with anybody on a range of topics concerning these matters.

However, I will leave you with this question - Why, on Earth, do you gentlemen not desire to fully terminate the act of Masturbation; instead of carrying on in your periods of short-term abstinence?

The irony of this failure is thay I seek to terminate MB FOREVER! And now, look at what has happened.

I feel comfortable, content - not too much frustration thankfully.

An update of that last dream - after some brief self-reflection, I came to remember some aspects of the dream. The person was indeed naked and we were playfully fighting (with me fighting to penetrate the person! - boy, is my subconscious very horny!) and I actually remotely remember feeling some time of orgasm, even if brief and small. This is why I was led to believe thatI had ejaculated.

Thus, this forms another aspect of my hunch that a WD may soon be near, after a long time.

Right, OK - so true to my word from the post above, I will talk on the aforementioned topic.

If my memory serves me well (MB fogged my brain after I began it and thereafter) - I think I may have had numerous and spurious wet dreams when I was younger. It is also interesting to note that I endured a lot of stress (too much stress, indeed for a young human to encounter!) due to what was essentially a civil war in the family (like something taken right out of Revelations in the Bible - '...and sons shall turn against their fathers...' and I was not the son doing so!).

Anyway, to the issue of the pivotal wet dream. THE best sexual dream and wet dream occurred around June/July 2009 (it is also equally important to note that there was immense stress due to final exams at school.)

Anyway, the dream itself was absolutely amazing. The amount of sperm ejaculated was horrendously immense and overflowing! The dream itself contained me and a person I like(d) engaged in fully fledged intercourse and I was loving it! It was so vivid and felt so real - the sensation on my penis and everything! Then came the very ejaculation itself! - I tell you, I have never seen a load as immense as that. Then again, take into account that it was 16 years of sperm!!

Suffice to say - it was truly excellent!

And thus, my innocence fled..

I can see how recalling that WD would make you decide to abandon MB. Since you haven't been MBing that long, I think your chances of getting all of that back are excellent. We have seen that some of the most successful MBers turned full time WDers on this site, most especially shadow-15, would focus and imagine having sex in their WD's before going to sleep while at the same time seeing MB as inferior and undesirable. I think your WD experience can help you do the same. After all, you have personal proof that MB can never, ever, even come close to the feelings and experience of a good WD. Keeping that in mind should help make MB a negative and unexciting.

In reference to your questions - I did have some sort of semi-WDs beforehand - however, they only involved small precum and not much orgasm. Thus, that aforementioned WD in my last post was the real and true one - THE major WD for me.
Also, I did not MB at any time in those 16 years and if any orgasms from WDs, they were weak at best. But, in those 16 years, I had never had the privilege of any full on ejaculation or orgasm that one would have from MBing or WDs. I only experienced precum from WDs and my own intense mental fantasies which actually produced precum of course without MBing.

However, I have to admit that I viewed minor soft porn at some times - so I had the general gist of what intercourse entailed. Thus, the ideas that I gained from that minor porn supplied substance for my intense mental fantasies. However, this viewing of minor porn was not a lot of times like people regularly do - it was once in a while.

So, yes that super WD does indeed drive me towards eliminating MB. However, there was of course a drawback from that super WD - it led me MB!

However, I am wiser now and can restrain myself from MBing to regain that amazing and lasting feeling from WDs. I am now more patient for the lasting pleasures - and this only reinforces my virginity

Anyway, I feel I am more mature and could go hundreds of days of staying away from MB - (for example, one of the major factors that drives me to MB is intense stress and frustration, however, I have developed ways to manage it and isolate problems.) Day 18, gentleman.

Of course there is still a strong horny feeling today. However, I feel that the feelings yesterday were much stronger and were the first major test in my journey.

It is also interesting to note that I have now been waking up these past few days with high hormonal feelings - I am assuming that they are hormones because my muscles are healing faster after sports and my constantly injured knee-cap is now constantly healing. These can only be attributed to natural growth hormone and testosterone being secreted from my brain to the body - in sustained high surges now that MB is out of the picture!

The queer thing is that, at the beginning of ABing - that is, day 1 and onwards - I did not really feel that I had high hormones during that period. If anything, they felt low - this could have been because I was only just recovering from my hard falls due to MB.

Then, came the middle period of ABing - that is, day 10 and onwards - hormones started rising beyond normal - attributed to more energy.

Then, from day 15 and thereafter to the present day, hormones seem to be sky-rocket - increased confidence and self-assurance, vitality, a sense of lofty pride (I feel myself higher than others - because I trick my brain to assume that everybody is constantly MBing and is missing out on the higher pleasures haha ), more restful sleep, increased energy and motivation after sleeping, positive aggression - the list goes on.....

And so, here I am on day 18 and all is well. What is even more excellent is that I am takingmultivitamins and minerals and Omega-3 daily whilst on AB (the Omega-3 has also made my dream clearer and more defined and enhanced my dream and waking memory alike) and thus I am feeling 50 times better and full of vitality than when I MBed - so all the more the better!

In short, I would be insane to MB now; absolutely stupid would I be!

With all of these positive things - not to mention more reading and successful practice in academics - I just cannot MB - it will be a grave insult to the highly intelligent and conscious flesh encased within my skull!

These days have become excellent - even though the family has issues to sort out - I am managing stress and feelings in an effective and economical manner. Problems are not overwhelming me as I am targeting them in a cool and calm state. If I MBed, I would be depressed and not motivated and problems would seem greater than they are; in short the glass would be half empty.

And I repeat, I now see the glass half full!

Btw, I actually thought I had a WD today, but 'twas only a dream - this is promising; my subconscious is aware of my desires.

It may arrive soon...very soon.

I now await eagerly, but patiently.

Day 19.

I feel strong, confident and motivated - as I always do during this period of AB!

My dream last night/today was excellent and clear - I now always make sure to go to sleep with a calm and happy mind so that sleep is restful. There was a scene with a beginning of intercourse but it quickly disappeared to scenes of a non-sexual nature. I am kind of glad it did - my subconscious was attempting to make a matter known to me; that is, meeting some of old school friends after not seeing them for up to two years. It is interesting to note that
I do not normally get clear and pleasant dreams whilst MBing - but when I AB (such as now) - dream scenes are clear and colourful and sleep in general is more excellent than usual.

Anyway, all is well - I feel very horny in strong way, yet I am channelling the extra energy and feelings into intellectual pursuits and academics as usual. Contrary to popular thought, AB does not inhibit sexuality, but rather enhances it - if one practises it for the right reasons, unlike religious people - religious abstinence borders on sexual repression, as one cannot even have sexual feelings or thoughts or even admire the opposite sex. We, on the other hand, who practise healthy abstinence are free in our sexuality and generally feel better because of it.

Anyway, I am really eager for the days to speed up so that I can obliterate my current record and achieve more WDs!

But patience, temperance and self-composition is the key, whilst enjoying the building-up sensation during AB.

Day 20!!

Another major milestone!

Yet today, I am feeling more horny than I ever was! I am trying to purge my system of MB forever - so when I am horny, I just enjoy the urge. But the urge today is maddening - has anybody ever got such a maddening urge where they feel the strong urge but exercise self-restraint whilst feeling it?

That is what I am feeling today! Just an image ofa woman in a bikini will get me going!

But, as always I shall control myself - having reached this far.

I also think that my testosterone is increasing - my voice is much deeper and richer than normal. It almost drives me to think that MB was actually delaying my pubertal development!

Anyway, the reason I have a strong determination to continue forever is this: my dream last night.
