Day 65 and still going strong.

I have been more noticeably horny in public than when at home - rightly so, due to the real-life visual stimuli...

Anyway, all is well, apart from my parents becoming annoying today. Luckily, I no longer let that get to me anymore or stress me out.

Well, the days pass by as I press on and on resolutely and I am enjoying the journey.

P.S. I am really, really determined to reach triple figures...much like a certain someone on this forum...(I think we all know who I am talking about...)

Day 71 and still here!

Horniness has been steadily increasing. Sometimes, however, it gets so high that I imagine myself actively seeking sex from other hormone-crazed teens like myself.

Luckily, it has not got to the point where I am actually actively seeking for it. I am a virgin, so this AB has only made matters very challenging!

Anyway, I am still exercising self-control.

Also, I do know that when not ABing, I am not so sex-crazed and imagining myself actively seeking for sex and ready to lose my virginity.

Yet, of course, AB has heightened these feelings and I find myself too interested in girls at times.

But luckily, I do not have many friends who are girls. However, I can be only one phonecall away from getting to know a girl through my brother or other friends.

So, the moral of the story is that AB has got me thinking about sex a lot and staring intently at girls in public!

I just hope that I will be highly self-controlled in university!

I've found that it's pretty hard to quit after the first few days, then it gets really easy after around nine or ten days. idk Why but for me that seems to be the case. It can get very difficult occasionally, even after that point though. I have a lot of self control (and I mean A LOT.) So that really helps too, and maybe me being a transman and not a biomale has something to do with it???? Then again female and male sex drive from what I gather is actually not really different. I don't have any body dysphoria eigther so that probably doesn't explain why it's so easy for me to abstain. Hmm.

I am still here!

Horniness has not exactly been low, however I have been extensively busy with other matters for the entire day, so it has been subdued.

As an additional challenge to my brain, I am also trying to do many new things as well as engage myself in manh different activities - so, in short, I am kept remarkably busy this fine holiday, in tangible and worthwhile matters.

The key to succeeding in AB is to keep busy, amongst other things.

Furthermore, the world of MB and porn seem like a dark, narrow, shameful, depressed, boring, lonely and horrible world.

The world of AB, on the contrary, is fresh, light, lively and beautiful enabling one to have a rich and inspired existence in the world!

Day 79....

Well.... This end of the week has been very...eventful.

I shall begin from day 77.

On the morning of day 77 of my AB, I obtained a WD... However, a WD without an orgasm but with THE biggest load ever seen by man! And I am annoyed that I could not take a pic of it. To picture it in your head - the stain began from around the top of the thigh and down towards near the knee area of my trousers. In the dream, it was merely the feeling of urinating, but no orgasmic feeling...

Secondly, these past few days, my hormones have been high and my meter of manliness has been perpetually overflowing.

Today, it seems that meter seems to have burst from too much hormones and manliness. When I woke up today, I felt a strong T-Buzz and very, very 'manly'. So manly, that I clashed heads with my father due to a misunderstanding and we were practically wrestling...

Yes, not good...

So, AB has been excellent, but a huge drawback of it, is that testosterone may increase too much and cause issues...

I am still ABing because clearly this manly power can be harnessed for goodness, but today it burst through the wrong outlet and I ended up rising against my father, thinking I was mighty Achilles!

The moral of the story is that, what I need is some extreme exercise that will keep me at bay and tame the beast...

Also, right now, I am not really horny, but I am seeming brazen and over-confident...so the testosterone must have taken another outlet.

This either calls for a WD or some mind-blowing exercise...

Day 90 and THREE Months of no MB or sexual release OR porn!!

This is the longest I have reached in AB! I have now passed almost one month past my previous all-time record and I intend to press on!

The only downside is that on these past few days, my horniness has been quite low, if it was even there anyway. I say it is a 'downside', because it begins to make me worry that something is 'wrong' etc - but I really should stop thinking that.

Anyway, AB is going well - even if it has made me more prone to explosive anger and frustration lol

My next milestone will be 100 days and then, who knows after that...

Day 101!!

I have surpassed 100 days of no sexual release and no porn whatsoever!!

Also, to update from the last ten days - I had a WD sometime around day 95. It was a mediocre orgasm, a mediocre ejaculation, a mediocre dream and an altogether wet dream. Hmm...

Anyway, I am still pleased that I have gone more than 100 days of no sexual matters.

Life has been good, pleasant and fulfilling.

So, what is my next milestone? 150 days? 200 days....

The ever looming and mighty milestone of 365 days stands in the distance... - can I do it? We shall have to see...

(P.S One grievance I have with longer term abstinence is when the energy gained at first from abstinence seems to cool as one abstains for longer. I felt more manly in the early days than I do now. But then again, it may be because I have not sleeping excellently these days... Anyway, I shall see what I can do.)

Day 106.

I think I have found the cause of what is lowering the quality and effect of my abstaining experience...

Recently, I have gotten a brand new laptop and mobile and all of this bombardment of technological gadgets may have been too much for me!

The past fortnight has seen me mndlessly surfing, whiling away time and so, draining my energy.

So, I have decided to take a break from all of that - even more so, as my increased presence on the internet made me much more prone to view porn and things of a sexual nature!

So, I will now partially and temporarily abstain from the internet too lol! That simply means, no going on my phone or laptop for more than 10-30 mins. All I should really do is check my email, briefly come on this forum and quickly do anything that calls for urgency, such as bank transfers etc.

Anyway, the abstinence:

I have not seen my horniness increase to the high point that it was in the very early days of my abstinence - this is mildly worrying...

And so it continues...

Right so, here I am again. Currently I am on day 3.

Prior to this period, I have to say that I've been neglecting AB and just constantly MBing to porn to the point that my over-MBing has actually led to a great decrease in libido (pushing me to go as far as to abstain in order to actually regain libido again!).

So, ultimately I am going to continue AB for the forseeable future and it's good to be back (AGAIN!)

And for the past few days, I've been embarked on an exercise regime (I've now been doing more exercise than I've ever done in my entire life - now 2h30m a day in 1h15m sessions). It's tough stuff but ultimately it's healthy and aids in AB and also improve DNA (epigenetics and all that )

Anyway, I'm glad to be back on the AB track.

Welcome back! I'm quite busy these days, but looked over your log. I think the challenge to beat your previous record may be somewhat daunting, but I think you can emphasize what you've learned and experienced from abstaining in the past. I would submit that you have proven to yourself that AB is a superior lifestyle physically, mentally, intellectually, emotionally, and even sexually. The only real and significant orgasms are the ones you get in WDs, not MB. MB is nothing but a pale imitation with negative effects. You can have incredibly more intense and long lasting orgasms in WDs with none of the negative effects of MB. It only makes sense to want WDs and see MB as inferior and boring.

Getting back into exercise, I recommend that you take a look into some of the 'no fap' topics at bodybuilding.com and other bodybuilding sites. The negative effects of MB have fairly recently taken hold in the bodybulding community, and many guys swear by the positive effects of AB on their workouts and their lives.

A never ending porn/MB cycle isn't that great or rewarding. It doesn't really feel that good, and it's not even a good expression of sexuality. When you come right down to it the MB lifestyle is inferior and boring. It's time to move on to something better and more mature.

I've been gone for long again and I didn't do well last November.

Anyway, currently I'm on day 10 (the longest I've been since more than a year now ( ).

But anyway, I decided, yet again, to use the New Year's Resolution factor to try and kick the habit. But there's a twist - I've gone and done something, the effect of which I wouldn't have foreseen:

Basically, I really wanted 2013 to be a no MB Year, and so, I went on a UK student forum (I spend a fair bit of time there these days) and set up a NoFap 2013 Challenge. I thought it would provide some accountability and make it easier for me to practise fapstinence for the year. But by the minutes, the thread (and challenge participants kept on growing by the second!) and now I've managed to get nearly 200 participants who are trying to take up fapstinence for the year (with some even looking forward to WDs).

In fact, I'll stop telling you about it, because you can see it for yourselves (but be prepared; whilst the OP is fairly long, the actual entire thread is some 93 pages long at the moment and nearly 2000 posts since being created a few days ago:
