Day 42.

Horniness is at a permanent high these days - 8/10.

I was out yesterday and I was surprised that I controlled my boners and arousal with hot girls everywhere.

Also, I have noticed that, as I progress further in AB, I feel more 'manly', more confident, proud. And it does feel excellent - and I am convinced that many females can sense that! Anybody else see what I mean?

My dad has an appartment in the area and I was in the area yesterday and you should have seen the nonsense people were doing!

Around Buckingham Palace, there,were a few tents dotted on the pavements, kept away from the road by barricades. Then, going up to Parliament square, there were more tent protesters and more bill-boards facing Parliament.

But, this was what most annoyed me - around Westminster Abbey itself (church where William and Kate will be 'married'), there were scores and scores of people barricaded on the pavement of the Queen Elizabeth Conference centre and most were set up in overnight tents!!!

It annoys me how some people can behave sometimes - they are treating this 'Prince' and 'Princess-to-be' like Gods - there were flyers, posters, flags all with their faces on it! I only remembered about the wedding when I actually got into Parliament square itself

But, my annoyances did not stop there. Now, my dad's appartment is near Knightsbridge, and I was coming from the south east and after getting off near th city, I like to walk over to Knightsbridge (weather permitting).

So, near Victoria station, I am walking towardw Hyde Park corner and I see dozens of police swarming about a street, numerous police vans and then lastly, barricaded crowds of scores of more people - It turns out that I have just witnessed the hotel that some 'Royalty' were staying in - whether it was William or Kate, I have no idea!

I detest Royalty and the commoners that flock to and fro following them! At least Americans don't have to put up with this nonsense.

On the plus side - a bank holiday!

But, seriously, they were treating them like they were saviours of Planet Earth - this will only get Royalty more proud and arrogant.

Anyway, that was very digressing digression...

Ah, yes - AB. I have many bonerd these days, but no precum unless I fantasize, which I try not to these days. I spend my time more wisely and there are no more periods of idleness that can produce failure.

Day 44.

Just an important update that will impact AB.

I was recently reconciled with a past school-friend - him and I were were very, very close and as a result we were/are rivals in most things from competitive swimming to academics etc.
And meeting him again just really got me motivated to AB longer especially with my preconceived notions that AB makes a stronger brain and boosts productivity and generally has a nootropic effect etc.

But, a huge matter that is now present between us is academic/career success. None of us declared it to each other, but by each of us telling the other how well we are doing in school (we go to different schools now), it was insinuated that whoever succeeds the most in academics and general life (lol) is the better man. Well, at least I thought that - but we always rival in everything, so why should this be different?

So, since I have more preconceived notions that I will achieve and succeed more in AB than when not ABing, I will have to AB well into the year and possibly beyond...

You may think that it is easier said than done, but you do not know the amount of rivalry that is between us - it is much more than the traditional 'sibling rivalry'!

In short, one is trying to impress and surpass the other.

I can confidently say that failure is nowhere near - to the point that you can drop the hottest naked babe right kn front of me and give me permission to do anything to her, and I will just turn away and do something else haha!!

Having said that, WDs are of course still permitted, but MB is of course a no no.

In short, my personal AB is like a sort of superiority over him - I must beat him!

So, everytime, I think of failing, or my hand goes downstairs, I can just think of him. Even if he dies (highly unlikely ), I will still think that he is still rivalling me in another dimension or something haha!

Anyway, this post was a crazy one - I only got 5 hours sleep - but I hope it was clear enough to understand?

Day 45.

It was beginning to be quite a bumpy ride...

I was watching Youtube videos of variations of the pushup exercises and I 'stumbled' upon fitness videos of hot women instructors (on Youtube, that is NOT porn haha) - of course, this got me more aroused than I thought it would.

It has only made the journey more challenging than it should be, but I will struggle on.

I am going to have a moment to plan myself, reboot and get myself focussed and determined in light of my exams beginning in the coming weeks.

This brief reboot includes nutrition - so, I am going shopping (lol) tomorrow for fruits, multivitamins, veg etc etc - I have not been eating as well these days, so I will catch up with the multivitamins and then take over with regular fruit and veg.

I am on 45 days of AB now, and I can honestly tell you that I could have felt ten times better if I had maintained a more healthier diet - so, I do think that my recent crash in healthy nutrition that lowered the effects of AB and performance in studying.

Also, another thing that I noticed with successful AB - the more self-controlled ABer is aware that he can choose to MB at any time or choose not to: he is well aware of the choice. But he chooses not to.

The moral of the story is - do not repress yourself or think that you are running away from MB; you must rise above it and realise that it is not needed.

I will not be confident that I have won the battle until I soar past my record!

Today was quite an eventful day.

So, I went to the gym today. Now, I am not really a gym type of guy - I am really more of a push-ups-at-home and swimming kind of guy.

Nevertheless, I went to the gym. I was quite shy really, with me being a lean swimmer and the majority being big men with bulging arms and tough chests!

I did lots of leg work, mostly because I was embarrassed when doing the free weights as I was doing low anounts with big men all around me pumping at least five times what I was! But anyway, next time I will just pluck up my confidence and not care about what others think!

So, lots of leg work, a few bouts of chest, biceps etc machines and minimal bouts with free weights.

It was excellent and it definitely increased my hormones - definitely.

When I finished, I went to the showers (hormones were high)...

These showers were not open showers but there were about ten partitioned showers with doord and walls. It was semi-transparent and semi-opaque. So, you could see the guy right next to you, but it was so blurred that you could only see his form and not his features.

Day 47.

On this day, day 49 - I lost my AB battle!

I didn't even reach day 50, let alone break my record! How damn depressing and demotivating!!

Anyhow, I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the orgasms that broke my AB!

First off, I was awoken this morning by loud beats of music playing from a house nearby.

This music seemed to invade my head and turn me very horny and irritated, especially as I had only had 5/6 hours sleep after a tough day!

It really was a waste to lose the AB!

And zach - it was so unexpected for me too! I thought that I could never lose after ABing for so long - but it just crept up on me and WHAM! almost 50 days of AB down the drain!

So, for the past couple of days (still on day zero! ) I have been trying to persuade myself to continue ABing.

And I think that I may have successfully persuaded myself to begin again with day 1 tomorrow as I again MBed this morning to porn!

The reason why I will begin tomorrow, is because the porn and MB this morning was pretty rubbish again and it is no longer worth it anymore.

Also, some things that I noticed whilst ABing - because they kind of died down after MBing some two days ago:

*Photographic memory - at least partially.

That is - whilst revising if I am trying to recall to memory a past topic and I am struggling to remember it, I just quickly remember the time I first learnt it and thus remember the page and then I view the page in my head and I then easily recall it without actually consciously remembering it but just remembering the page!

*Easier visualization and imagination

For example, in maths, mental maths and swift and effortless calculations etc

*Strong working memory

Learning something and able to recall easily or remember given equations to manipulate them and get to the answer etc

*Clearer head/thoughts etc

*High studying stamina

*etc etc

After MBing, these have not exactly gone - but they have somewhat died down a lot!!

Anyway, that is it - day 1 tomorrow and especially no porn!

I want none of that - the orgasms of my failures were crap anyway, so there really is no point of going back to get more!

I have an exam soon and I really do not want to be lethargic and tired!

That's too bad about your slip up, but at least it's a learning experience. It tells you that what you thought the effects of MB are, is really true. I think MBing 4 times in one day after ( or at least more than once) is not unusual after slipping up, and I think it's a desire to duplicate the feelings you just lost. But you can't get them back by MBing. Part of it may also be an effort to make MB feel better that it really does, which you also can't do.

A while back, someone here came up with the idea of 'full body horniness'. When you abstain from MB for a while, the feeling of arousal tends to move from being focused on the penis to the whole body. And you don't always need an erection to feel it. How can all these effects of abstaining from MB not be normal?

I think it can be kind of exciting to realize that even when you feel horny and aroused that MB truly is not a good outlet. It can be exciting to realize as a proven fact that it feels better to enjoy the arousal and horniness rather than cut it short and inhibit it by MB, which wouldn't really feel that good anyway. It can also be kind of exciting to know for a certainty that no matter what you do, MB can never, ever equal the feelings and experience of a good WD.

As far as WD's go, not everyone gets WD's as easily as Zach. But it should be encouraging to hear the stories of people like 'briefs guy', who said that it took about a year (with a few random WD's during that time) for the WD's to become very frequent, often a few each week. Another young member (Whom I can't recall) just recently said that he had to abstain for 2.5 months before his regular WD's came back.

So there's no indication from your lack of frequent WD's so far actually means that you can't achieve frequent WD's, besides enjoying all the other benefits of abstaining.

I made up my mind to finally begin today.

On the other past days, I have merely procrastinated and then went on to fail and then further procrastinate again.

Finally, I have begun. I woke up this morning feeling well and rested and so decided to take advantage of my heightened mental state.

So, whilst in bed, instead of habitually grabbing my phone for porn (as I used to when not ABing), I instead grabbed my latin grammar book off my table and took to revising - after all, it is generally believed that the time just after waking is excellent for learning and physical exercise amongst other things.

So, after committing some verbs and vocab to mind, I found after that exertion that I was mildly stressed and tired and my mind instantly went to MB and porn as a reward! - this did not happen whilst ABing during the 49 days. However, since I had failed AB, my mind seems to have gone into the old rut of MB and porn as rewards after study and mental exertion!

Now, in the days of AB, I had high mental endurance and stamina as well as physical, but these past few days I have given up easily on activities requring mental effort (which is unlike me and highly bad for studying and impending exams!).

So, a word of advice - if you desire to get out of the rut of the MB and porn reward system, you have to develop a whole new reward system and 'rewire' your brain.

For me, I will use trvial systems like music or reading sci-fi or reward foods after a hard sedsion of study, instead of MB and porn!

I cannot afford to return to the old reward system at this especially crucial time.

Well, thank goodness.

I completed day one and as a result completed a lot of work; so now, I am on day 2.

I was spuriously horny, but not too high or intense.

It is day 4 now, and I have been simply busy - so much so, that I have been so tired when going to bed.
